Very disappointed with their response. I called them twice to book an appointment for my dog and they were supposed to call me back. It’s been almost two weeks and no one even bother to call me. You guys need to improve your customer service. I was gonna support the local business but I will take my dog to Petbarn instead.

Absolutely pathetic. Dropped off my dog at 10am and wasn’t ready until 3pm, yet I was asked to make a booking for 10am? On top of that, they lost my lead that I brought my dog in with. They said they will find it, contact me and send it back, but of course, they never did. Also, the next time I gave my dog a bath, he was traumatised, so it obviously wasn’t a pleasant experience for him. Don’t take your dog here.
EDIT TO THEIR RESPONSE: When did you contact me? I have no voicemail or anything advising me that my lead was found. Please contact me again if you still have it. The lead you lost was more expensive than the $20 lead you allowed me to take, which by the way, was not offered to me until I demanded one. Please call me.

Great pet salon. My dog got the best ever hair cut. Others have commented on how well he has been styled. He is difficult to style, but the salon has the patience for dogs who dont like to be styled and take the time to do the work properly with dogs that make it hard for them. Great work!!!

The most unprofessional, disgusting and frankly disreputable salon in Sydney. They did not event wash my dog but spritz soapy water on him and locked him in a cage for hours without water.

Took my dog to this salon and was welcomed with excellent customer service! After telling the owner Leanne this is the first time leaving my dog at a salon she assured me everything will be fine and we went through all the different types of clips and products that my dog could have, especially because he has sensitive skin. I can honestly recommend this service as i was so impressed with the price and the way they treated me and my dog. A week later he still smells great! Thank you Leanne and the girls for a wonderful job.

I’ve got two dogs, both terrier crosses. I’ve taken both here a number of times and found the women running the place to be friendly and on time. And my dogs always look great.

My dog has been going to Leanne for over 14 years. We followed her to Greystanes from the Animal Hospital she worked in initially. My dog is never stressed to enter her business and he is always perfectly groomed and beautifully smelling when I go to collect him.

I had both my cats pampered here yesterday. Neither had ever been bathed before but I was told that they behaved well. They look stunning. Gleaming coats, flea free and smelling beautiful. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be back if needed.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! My dog is a golden Retriever who has a bald spot on his back. I wanted him shaved as he is an indoor/outdoor dog. When I took him there I explained about the bald spot and that the hair must stay long around it to keep the sun off it, as it could become cancerous over time. We took a permanent marker and drew a big square around the area, so it was highly visible. When I returned to pick him up she had shaved all the hair off around the bald patch. I was very angry and when I questioned her, her reply was. OH I COULDNT FIND IT. I said we put a big square around it with permanent marker pen. SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. AND STILL CHARGED ME 70.00.

rubbish, i thought it was good initially..only because I didnt know any better with a first time pup..and wow they had won so many awards so thought they must be the best!
Not after what I witnessed as I came to pick up my puppy. pushing around my puppy roughly and yelling at her in such anger and frustration to sit still while trying to give her a haircut..is that normal for a “passionate” groomer????
No thanks Im taking my business elsewhere..just glad I saw it with my own eyes..total disbelief and the rudeness and frustration I saw and heard from the owner towards my puppy just means I will never ever go there again nor recommend her to anyone as I have in the past!
