The staff are very professional and they really care! Many thanks to Dr Jessica, Mandy and one other person whose name I cannot recall (sorry it was a very emotional time).
We found this place because we were told by a highly rated animal hospital in Parramatta to make an appointment & come back later instead of making an assesment on site as to whether or not it was an emergency.
Great Western Animal Hospital well and truly deserves its rating.

Narrow one lane driveway and tight turning area in car park. Need a warning system for people leaving car park whether there is approaching vehicle coming down the driveway as at the moment it is hard to tell unless you are almost on the driveway .

So disappointing in the discharge planning. No care, just a commercial set up. I work in health myself and i have never witnessed such a blatant display of commercial care with no soul or genuine empathy. Will not go back there.

Amazing customer service, staff are so friendly and outgoing, they explain everything great and give you time by step instructions, they spend enough time with both you and your pet to understand the mind set, they put effort into getting to know your pet to see what needs improvement and what is going well for them.
One little down fall, unfortunately 😔 not really an issue but they manage to always run behind on schedule

The staff was just lovely, kind, and caring, my pup was looked after with the utmost care. The staff also gave my pup lots of cuddles to calm her nerves before her operation. The team at GWAH are always amazing. After a very scary episode with one of my cats, they booked him in right away. They treated him with such care, gave him lots of attention and kept us updated and well-informed throughout his treatment. The team here are so friendly and helpful. One of my dogs was sick in the car on the way there and one of the VETs took the lead and washed it off for me. She could see my struggling to clean it with wet wipes.

I took our sick bunny to the lovely nurses and doctors and staff at GWAH last Thursday. He was very thoroughly examined, the doctor listened to every question and comment I had. Everything was explained and even shown to me. I was given clear instructions on how to administer medications. I was told to call if I had any questions or if he got worse, or even stayed the same.
Unfortunately, late Saturday evening he went backwards and by Sunday morning he had passed away. I can honestly say I know we did everything we could for him, but it was his time to go.
Everybody at GWAH is to be commended on their exemplary attitude and efforts.
We have a kitten, so we will still be going back there – no hesitations.

Genuine love of animals it’s not just a job to them , the receptionist is always smiling and happy to welcome you , puts you at ease … The vets , well I can’t say enough good things about them …I have every confidence in them , they explain my dogs treatment to me and answer any questions I may have no matter how silly it might be…. They are reasonably priced , but what price do you put on your pets health ? Overall it’s just a bloody good practice and recommend them… Axel says hello 😊

Took my bunny to get vaccinated. I saw Dr Melissa who was very nice and helpful. I was impressed with their Covid 19 restrictions they had in place. I was instructed to stay in the car for a phone consultation before being called in for a physical examination. Fees are on the pricey side however but I do think they are worth it.

I brought my dog to see Dr Hanson for dental surgery. He was amazing and treated her with such care and kindness. He did an amazing job on her teeth and spent time with me explaining what he’d done and how she had behaved whilst with them. All the staff in fact are friendly and professional. I will not be taking my baby anywhere else, most amazing vet I have ever been to. Thank you so so much Dr Hanson and all the lovely nurses there.
