Our dogs seem to really love this place. We have two dogs and every time we take them home, they are always happy and cheerful, also look like they ate a lot :))) I can only say thank you to the people who run this business. They do love dogs )))

Could not recommend these guys enough. They are some of the kindest, most compassionate and understanding people I’ve ever met. They treat your pets just like their own, highest standard of care and I cannot stop recommending them. Could never and would never go anywhere else.

Just picked up Cherry 🍒 from a 2 night stay at Coltrandi. Our border collie suffers from separation anxiety and a fear of storms. Coltrandi is the only place I feel comfortable leaving Cherry as she is in safe hands and feels the love from the trainers. It also allows me to fully relax while I am away from her as I know Cherry cannot escape and is safe. Cherry has stayed here many times and we did her original training program here which I highly recommend. Thanks again guys ❤

We usually take our 2 dogs to Northshore Pet Resort however due to them being fully booked we decided to try Coltrandi for boarding our dogs for a total of 3 nights. Our dogs do have separation anxiety which I informed the man of on arrival. Unfortunately we/our dogs have had a bad experience boarding here. Both of the dogs smelt like urine on pick up, and one of the dogs has a bad rash/inflammation on his genital area. And both dogs seemed quite distressed on pick up. Do not recommend.

Highly recommend these kennels.Dropped my boy “cooper” for the very first time in a kennel, i was a first time nervous nellie about leaving him in a kennel but need not have worried , he was there a week ( paid extra for walking )and picked him up, freshly washed and a happy bunny, would use again . Thanks again guys,

Our dog Jax only stays at Coltrandi – they’re the best! Jax is a very active Staffy – the team are professional and have a genuine love for animals. They are always excited to greet Jax when we arrive and we feel confident leaving him knowing that he will be well cared for during his stay. We also did our training with Coltrandi which has really helped us to keep on top of Jaxy’s behaviour at home. I always highly recommend Col and his team. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

I would not recommend. My dog had 3 weeks training with Coltrandi.. when she arrived home she was visibly unwell and had a skin infection all over her body. The vet confirmed she had 3 different infections, yeast, bacterial and conjunctivitis. The infections were very prevalent and stood out to the human eye but all 3 (seperate infections) were left untreated for up to 3 weeks. I had taken my dog to the vet 1 week prior to her training, she was assessed and was in perfect health (documented). It has taken months to get her back to good health and has cost me close to $600. Coltrandi have taken no responsibility for the undoubted neglect of my dog and the excuses for her condition are ridiculous and somehow my fault. To top everything off I was threatened with defamation if I posted any photos of my dog on social media or if I wrote a review about my experience, I have this in writing! The photos I’ve attached are time stamped for authenticity and this review is the 100% truth. I have before and after photos (all time stamped). Do your research and check the reviews on every platform before you leave your dog or cat here!

Our fur baby stayed for 8 days & seemed happy & well cared for when we picked her up. Little bit of a mix up when paying the bill due to mental calculations was easily corrected. Friendly staff, overall a good experience.

My dog came home happy. She had not lost weight. She was clean and had been recently hydrobathed.

Cole and his team have been looking after my dogs for the last couple of years and I highly recommend them. Both my pooches Monet and now Violetta have enjoyed their stay with them to the extent that they were very happy to leave me behind even though mum gets very upset at being separated. I can reassure that there is nothing to worry about as our little fur babies are very well looked after they get socialised with the other dogs every day. They go in happy and come out happy with Big cuddles for mum. It is so beautiful to see, and knowing you can go away and enjoy yourself as our pooches do. Go out and have a look talk to Cole and his team. Thank you very much for making me feeling at ease in leaving my pooches with you.
