Friendly staff, quite a nice selection of items and i was left unbothered while i browsed a fish keeping book which was much appreciated, the animal stock seemed in good condition with clean tanks and cages.

Great store but I purchased two bumble bee platy ($5.50) each but was charged $8.00 and the following day one of them died. How and when can I get this fixed

Hi Ryan, thank you for your review and so sorry to hear your fish has died. We are very concerned that something has gone wrong with your tank and that your other fish may be at risk. I say this because we have had the Platies in great health since the 4th of February (12 weeks ago), and for a fish to die the day after leaving that long in our care is unlikely to be a coincidence. Please call us as soon as possible so we can try and help you save the others.
Regarding the price of your fish, you were charged correctly. The Bumble Bee Platy are labeled as $8, but you may have gotten confused with the guppies in the same tank, which are priced as $5.50
