I went here with my friend to put her old dog to sleep. The vet was lovely and very kind. He explained everything really well and went through all options. After the hard decision Everyone was helpful with next steps of getting her baby home.

August 2022: a veterinary clinic isn’t somewhere you or your pet wishes to visit often, however when you do require their services, you hope for a caring and knowledgeable environment. The team at the Hobart Animal Hospital have been looking after my pets for longer than I care to remember, and always offer brilliant caring service. The team love animals, and it is clear from the moment you step foot on the premises.

Absolutely amazing service and kindness displayed by everyone I spoke to – especially the senior nurse, who dealt with me so patiently and respectfully while I was worried sick for my guinea pigs. They helped me calm down while I was in a panic and I cannot thank them enough for their time and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend Macquarie Animal Hospital.
