I would highly appreciate Claire, such a lovely person she helped me alot yesterday, explained in details of how to setup my new aquarium, it was busy there with other staff keep paging her she handled/ multitasking yet still was patience in helping me out was so professional. Waited 20mins in a not busy store, 4 staff on floor that we could see, one helping a customer, not a single person approached us, just looked at us and walked past, husband finally went to get someone to bag our chosen fish for the person to say she would go get her trolley, then they went to help another staff member with another customer, half an hour in total with absolutely no real assistance, lost out on 2 betta fish and bird cage accessory sale. Upsetting as I regularly buy my betta fish, dog and bird accessories here and I will no longer be supporting this store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Helpful staff. Prices and product range are good and price matching competition upon request. Treat for a well behaved dog, even though Peppa did No.1 whilst shopping. Found a good bargain on a Eukanuba large bag. The only downside is the shelf price label visibility for the larger bagged dry food.

Well set up and well lit store. Went there to get some items for newly adopted bunnies. There is a great variety of items, however when we went , there were quite a few items for small animals out of stock on the shelves. It might have been a supply issue with Covid or something, we did not stop to check. Being a pet store, dogs were welcome into the shop and there were water bowls for them set up near the entry. We did note that some items like rabbit harnesses and chew toys were on the expensive side compared to similar items we had looked at online from other retailers.
