Extremely rude, intimidating & appalling behaviour from their reception staff. Been their customer for over 12 years & every visit had been some kind of confrontation with the front staff. Seems like no management to tame their awful behaviour. Be aware of their cancellation policy which the staff won’t advice you of at the time of booking but will threaten to implement if you want to cancel. It feels like highway robbery! Extremely disappointing, disgusting & greedy behaviour. Shame on you all.

Dear Maria, Our team are very saddened to read your comments which we do not feel are reflective at all of our caring, dedicated and hard working team of nurses and vets. Veterinary clinics across Victoria have been under extreme pressure throughout COVID-19 with multiple clinics forced to close with staff shortages, limited pet emergency services and strict COVID-19 protocols. This has led to long waiting lists, fully booked days and hence the need for cancellation and missed appointment policies so we can accommodate as many sick pets as possible. i am using this vet over 5 years, i book an appointment for my pet, on that day, i have an emergency job, then i cannot go to the vet, when i contact them, they charger me $40 for cancelation fee, i have never heard like this, i will never come again. it it too stupid policy.

Hi Barry, You were not charged a missed appointment fee for your booking for two pets. At the time of our staff calling to confirm your appointment you advised you would not be attending. As we were able to fill your two appointments as per our cancellation policy no fee ($33) was incurred. Kind Regards The Team.

Hi David, We are not “very very expensive”. If you are actually a client of our clinic you would be aware of this. We are a family run business of nearly 30 years employing over 15 local staff. Our fees are very reasonable for the high level of pet care we have been providing the local community for nearly 3 decades. Sadly you appear to have given other vets and businesses in the area similar reviews.

Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment earlier but when I reach on time, they said they’re busy at the moment and I need to come after 2hours. I took a break from work for this appointment. I had to book a last minute appointment which they accommodated kindly. The vet that saw my pup was so caring and compassionate with her but was also very thorough and informative. While I was there I felt very comfortable that my puppy was getting the service and treatment that she needed and deserved. After a few hours the treatment had become effective and my dog was in much greater spirits!! They’re also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Brought my pups Rhonda & Dozer in to meet Kathryn for their c5 vaccinations and to build a relationship with a local veterinary clinic. Reception staff, Vet nurses & Vets were both super personable and professional. Called around first to compare prices and bedside manner and these guys really took the cake. Plus the pups thought they were great. 10/10 experience, highly recommend.
