Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Kedron offers a mixed experience for customers. While the store boasts a wide range of pet products and knowledgeable, friendly staff who often go above and beyond to help, there are some areas needing improvement. The dog grooming service has been reported as inconsistent, with some comments highlighting a lack of professional technique. Pricing seems to be on the higher side, with some products notably more expensive than in supermarkets. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the clean and organised environment, and the team's efforts to provide excellent service, making it a favourite spot for pet supplies.

This business appears to rely on untrained and unskilled staff for dog grooming. The work showed a clear lack of professional technique and understanding of dog handling.

My fur baby’s favourite place. The staff are so friendly and always treat Henry as their own fur baby. The staff is the stores best asset as they are always friendly and willing to help you out!

Very expensive. Expect to pay through the roof for basic necessities. Catfood was $8 more expensive than supermarket or department stores
