Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Kedron offers a mixed experience for customers. While the store boasts a wide range of pet products and knowledgeable, friendly staff who often go above and beyond to help, there are some areas needing improvement. The dog grooming service has been reported as inconsistent, with some comments highlighting a lack of professional technique. Pricing seems to be on the higher side, with some products notably more expensive than in supermarkets. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the clean and organised environment, and the team's efforts to provide excellent service, making it a favourite spot for pet supplies.

Booked Coco in for a $50 bath and blow dry with ear clean and nails and the add on sensitive shampoo. Ended up costing me only $35. After getting home realised that might be because her nails haven’t been done. Can’t tell if they did her ears. Was unfortunate she was standing in another dogs wee on collection but good that they wet wiped her feet before we left. It was an ok service.

Not happy with my experience! I purchased a doggie cake mix, checked out with a lady at the counter and realised I left my wallet on the shelves. So I went back to get it, and as I was walking out of the store, an employee rudely asks me ‘Are you going to pay for that?’ despite me having checked out just a counter away from him. I feel like he could have asked in a nicer way and apologised for the mix-up.
