Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Kedron offers a mixed experience for customers. While the store boasts a wide range of pet products and knowledgeable, friendly staff who often go above and beyond to help, there are some areas needing improvement. The dog grooming service has been reported as inconsistent, with some comments highlighting a lack of professional technique. Pricing seems to be on the higher side, with some products notably more expensive than in supermarkets. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the clean and organised environment, and the team's efforts to provide excellent service, making it a favourite spot for pet supplies.

Got everything you need in the way of pet supplies/toys/etc, plus greencross is in the same building. Shop around for prices though, not always the cheapest, even with its purchasing power.

My parnter and I were on our way to pick up our 1st kitten. We were unsure what type of food and supplies to get for our fur baby. When we first walked in we were warmly greeted by Caitlyn ( I think that was her name). Later on undecided on what type wet and dry food to get, Caitlyn came by and really helped us out. She was very knowledgable and very patient with us. Highly recommend Petbarn Kedron. Thank you and a big thank you to Caitlyn!
