Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Greencross Vets Kessels Road, with its highly professional veterinarians and caring staff, is a favourite among pet owners. The clinic is known for its exceptional service, attention to detail and the genuine care it provides for animals. Although one incident of poor communication was reported, the majority of clients commend the team for their helpfulness and their dedication. The pet care membership is also highly recommended for its great savings. Dr William Chan, Dr Kareem Roberts, and their team are applauded for their compassion and love towards pets, often going above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing. Reception staff, whilst occasionally perceived as rude, were mostly praised for their friendliness and efficiency.

Reception was very rude when I was asking questions . Its is important that they listen to the customers and not get frustrated and flustered when asked to explain. They need to understand that no one is trying to challenge them more so just trying to understand.

We have been going to this clinic for about 6 years. Dr William Chan and his team are amazing at this clinic. We feel like no matter what our fur baby is going through health wise, we will be in safe hands with them. Highly recommend.
