We had a great experience with our Toller at Animal Eye Care with Dr Stanley. The whole experience was professional, thorough and we were very happy with the standard of care for our Nova. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Animal Eye Care. They thoroughly explain everything, take good care of your pet, readily answer any questions and provide a detailed report after each visit. They are also great if you aren’t sure about anything you can just give them a call. We have been really pleased with their service.

It is really hard to remember everything when you at the visit. So we try our very best to communicate clearly and with diagrams, client summary sheets, and client information sheets.

It’s been a few years since my dog, Sandy, has passed, but when my elderly dog started having an issue with her eye, the local vets said her eye needed to be removed but they didn’t want to operate on her for fear of her not waking up. They insisted that she should be put down.
With her still in good health otherwise, not wanting her to go down to an eye problem, I looked for alternative options.
Animal Eye Care not only worked out that her eye didn’t have to be removed, but they were able to treat her for it.
My best friend lived an additional 3 or 4 years in peace, and Animal Eye Care played a big part in this.
My experience with you meant more than you can imagine. Thank you

I visited my regular vet who advised me that my dog’s eye issue was a very serious condition that required surgery ASAP or my dog risked losing her vision in one eye. She called Animal Eye Care who were willing to stay back after close on a Friday night to perform the surgery. Marnie and Helen were brilliant, managing to calm a normally very panicked dog. She even ended up falling asleep on the table, which I’ve never seen happen! Thankfully it turned out to be not as serious as previously thought. It was definitely worth crossing the city to get to, not only for the peace of mind and a more accurate diagnosis, but also for the care and great service provided!

Incredibly grateful to Dr. Robin & team for their excellent care for my 15-year-old Pomeranian who turned blind suddenly because of diabetes. It developed some complication after the 10th day of eyes surgery (a rare incident as I understand) which required regular attention and follow-ups. Through their compassion, dedication and utmost professionalism, my dog has both his eyesight back enjoying life as usual. Thank you from Happy and I.

The Staff are so friendly and welcoming. My dog was meant to have surgery at our local vet but they had some concerns prior to the starting the procedure. Animal Eye Care was recommended and they fit us in on the same day allowing us to feel at ease and comforted. Heather was our specialist who was efficient and thorough. She made us feel safe to leave our pet in her hands and performed the required procedure within a couple of hours. Our pet left in good spirits and we were really impressed and extremely happy with the service. The nurses and staff were very friendly and lovely to deal with. Thank you from us and Busta 🙂

My experience with this clinic was poor! I would not refer ANYONE to take their loved little buddy here. To begin with on the consent form they ask you to rate how much your pet means to you (what kind of question is that?)
Helpful ReviewI believe thats so they can jab you with their heft HIGH fees. Depending on your pets case of course they will tell you they NEED surgery regardless of the recovery period and their age (mine being 11). Then they will set follow up appointments but NEVER send out letters or phone calls, you need to be onto of yourself _ rightly so as it is your pet but when you being charged administration fees, c’mon there has to be some responsibility on the clinic. Disgusted and as i said at the beginning would NEVER send my pet there AGAIN. Do your research guys – as this clinic is just taking the piss!!!

Hello my name is Big heart. I am a Newfoundland. I turned one a week ago. I am writing this to say thank you so very much to Dr Jane, Dr Robin and the team at Animal Eye Care in Malvern East.
Thanks to Dr Jane, Dr Robin and the team Animal Eye Care I can see the world now. Two months ago I could not even open my Left eye. I was in so much pain. So much so i was even told my a general Veterinary doctor from a different practice my left eye could go blind. I cried when I hear that. I was a 10 month old big puppy then. Can you imagine hearing that. Being a Newfie I am a puppy for about year and a half (may be bit longer than that). So prime of my puppy-hood I had do go through a potentially life changing situation.
I had a severe corneal ulcer. I was told by the doctor from a different practice my ulcer is a result of a trauma to my eye. Due to that a corneal ulcer has developed. They tried to treat me for about three weeks and they were not successful. I don’t blame them. They are not experts like the team at Animal Eye Care.
So after getting an operation done to correct my eye at Animal Eye Care, straight away I started to get better. Day by day, slowly slowly I was able to fully open my left eye. I was slowly able to see properly from my left eye. I was given all clear today. Left eye corneal scarring is reducing. I sincerely hope that scarring would disappear as the days go by. All this time my servant Anthony looked after me. He gave me medicine, applied all the ointments and eye drops.
So the moral of my story is, if you see your animal suffering from any eye condition, please take them to a reputable animal eye specialist like Animal Eye Care. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again very much Dr Jane, Dr Robin and the team Animal Eye Care. I highly recommend you to everybody.

Animal eye care staff are fantastic and sincere. Robin is extremely thorough and since seeing him we have seen so much improvement in our pups allergic conjunctivitis. Robin provided very good explanations regarding treatment and ongoing preventive measures.
