Very friendly service, I was in to buy a big bag of dog food and get my English Mastiff a dog wash. There was a dog wash underway in front of me so whilst I took the bag of food out to the car the owner of the store took Henry for a lap of the store and gave him some treats.

I usually go to this shop and am a member of their club and spend a lot there. Today I went to get some cat food. I didn’t get it because my wife told me that online Petbarn has the price cheaper. We could click and collect the product for $65 rather than $95.

My wife tries to order the click and collect but it doesn’t allow it because ‘not available at this store’. So she chooses the option of same day delivery for $10. This is still not accepted. The online chat person tells her that it is out of stock at the local store! Literally a lie. When she challenges that the product was on the shelf, the online chat person tells her that it must have only one item left. Still a lie, heaps on the shelf.
There was no way to get the product within 10 days.
I think that this is an online marketing con. Makes me want to ditch Petbarn completely. There are other cheaper online places that actually don’t try to cheat you.

My dog had a wonderful experience there. He particularly enjoyed the bird food area for reasons that are unknown to me. Nonetheless 10/10 would take him back again. It’s his favourite place to shop.
