I am giving a star for each of the two lovely reception ladies that work here and helped me last week and today.
Helpful Review 2But zero for the vet that I saw today. The only one left apparently
A loyal customer for 5 years and never a problem prior today.
Yes the storm made me 7 mins late, I apologised!! I didn’t need a lecture or be told next time I won’t be seen…..I have waited longer in the waiting room without complaint.
In that 7 mins you could have at least read my dogs file and saved me going through her whole 16 year history again.
You have lost me as a customer.

Very good vet! Our cat had a fight with an opossum and the Vet Hospital took care of him 😊 thank you to the amazing vet who helped our cat! 🐈

On a visit to Sydney our puppy became unwell. We were given an appointment the day we called. The receptionist/vet nurse was so lovely. Although we knew what the problem was she was seen and given the appropriate medication. The veterinary doctor gave Abbey a thorough exam and we could rest easy that she would be OK.

Unfortunately we lost two beauties in the space of a year and a half. The team at Allison Crescent Vet Hospital was very compassionate during our ordeal. Very supportive and kind. We have been with the Hospital many years and I would not trust anyone else with our loved ones.

So impressed! My big puppy is totally anxious in the car and at the vets, so worst of both worlds for him. I let them know so they booked a long appointment and took their time. The nurses and vet were so calm and slow and gentle and really helped put my boy at ease.
Helpful ReviewI have a bully breed who is large so quite intimidating to look at, add in his nerves and I wouldn’t blame any vet for being a bit worried to jab a needle in, but they had him so calm and settled and really took time to know him – he didn’t even flinch when it came time for his jab! Such a positive experience for him I’m so happy we chose to go here! I feel so confident with their gentle approach always keeping everyone’s safety in mind at the same time as making sure they didn’t leave him with a negative experience!
Definitely recommend!!!

Dr Rita and Shannon were so compassionate and caring when we found out are furry family member had cancer. Unfortunately it was really aggressive and within two weeks it was time to let her go. Dr Rita and Shannon were amazing, patient and caring and gave us plenty of time to spend our girls last moments with her. We didn’t feel rushed, even though we were the last patient for the evening. As hard as it is, it makes it a little easier when you have an amazing and supportive professional team that can give your pet dignity in their weeks and hours. Can’t thank them enough.
