I would like to say the pet grooming was the best my beautiful blossom 🌸 has had, really cleaned up her ears and nails, cut was lovely…The Nurse also did a great job draining her glands…price is cheaper than most vets too…

We took our little 9 year old Schnauzer to see Dr Caroline. Sara could hardly walk, not eating and drinking very little. Sara fainted in Dr Carolines arms and we were sent home. We came back the next day to see a different Vet and she sent us home with nausea tablets. We asked for a Referral for Accident and Emergency and they refused telling us they had a treatment plan. What Plan nothing was mentioned to us. So our poor little best friend endured another day of severe pain and trauma until we could check her in to Accident and Emergency later that night. Our little girl went into cardiac arrest and passed away 2 days later. We explained in detail all the symptoms our little girl was suffering from and neither Vet listened to a word we were saying (too busy typing & not listening). Our Sara was a extremely healthy and fit and I believe she should still be with us. All this trauma was too much for her little heart. Her diagnosis was a cyst on her neck that was treatable with antibiotics……they should have listened. Please find another Vet. NO STARS (MINUS)

VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!
This is what happens when a vet does not listen to the brief from the owner.
I asked for no clippers, only to use scissors and do not touch the face, light trim around the body and tidy legs.
This is how they decided to groom our poor Perri. She is teacup Pomeranian and is adored by her beautiful little lion style. This vet clinic completely ignored the owner and decided to do their own thing.
The saddest part is her fur will never look like this again and her unique look as a little lion has been taken away. A Pomeranian is known for their beautiful coat. I will definitely not be using their service in the future.

Hi Anna. As we have discussed over the phone, the type of clip our nurses do under anaesthetic was explained by our vet on the morning of her procedure with your daughter and was also outlined on the admission form your daughter signed.
Helpful ReviewOur nurses do not do style clips (nor use scissors) on frail and aging pets. Our number one plan with Perri was to get her through an anaesthetic safely and quickly, given her extensive medical history. I am sorry Peri did not get the clip you wanted but I believe we excelled in performing this complex anaesthetic successfully and getting Perri back to you without any complications.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review since I took my little chihuahua Ralphy here when he was very sick for an emergency appointment with Dr Emily. I have seen many vets as we’ve moved around state quite a bit and I got to say, hands down this clinic is by far the best especially Dr Emily.
I was really worried and stressing on where to find a good caring vet in our new area, as our pup has had some previous trauma from another place and is an extremely anxious little boy. He generally doesn’t like vets as he is super scared. But for the first time ever Ralphy was so relaxed thanks to Dr Emily, she was so gentle and had a beautiful calm energy. He was also feeling healthy again after his treatment.
Just the way Emily speaks is so grounding and really relaxes a stressful situation. No wonder Ralphy wasn’t how he usually would be (crying, scratching, even trying to bite). But not once did he try with Emily and I’m so grateful that I found this place and amazing Vet Dr!
Thank you Dr Emily for your kindness and patience with Ralphy. We will be coming to see you from now on and will be referring all our friends and family. 🙂

Took one of our furry kids down for an ear infection. I called back after one week to discuss further options. I spoke to Steve who was very knowledgeable. After a lengthy conversation to cover all of my concerns we ended the call. Steve without being prompted, made the effort to research what we spoke about, then called me back to inform me of what he had found to confirm points we discussed. These vets are NOT part of a corporate conglomerate! We all should support our local independent vets.

Very happy with the staff, the service, the care, the communication, the cost. We have our 9 year old rescue rag doll cat in for a Lion shave. She had lots of matted hair and anxiety so required sedation. They were really lovely with her. She forgave me after a couple of days realising her grooming time was cut by 3/4. Lol. Next it will be our Bichon Friese Ollies turn for immunisations. Anyway, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this clinic to anyone or any animal. Thanks Everyone. Sue Berg

My expectations have been exceeded – I have a tiny Tea cup Chihuahua who I’m most particular about the handling of her as she can become quite anxious. Bambi had a full mouth of dental work and was cared for so well, she recovered at home overnight after having majority of her bottom teeth out she was comfortable and relaxed. Very fair prices too. I believe her relaxed recovery was based on the amount of care that she was handled with. I also received a follow up call to check in the next day. I’m so happy !

They took my small puppy (3months) away from me for 25minutes without any explanation to only give her a vaccination .
Helpful ReviewThe vet blamed the poor service and lack of communication on covid but I had been there for the previous 2 vaccinations and that was the not the same procedure then. First 2 visits they Did vaccinations in the room with me and covid was certainly a worry then.
Strange, unnerving experience and expensive too.
In response to your response. That makes it even worse I’m sorry but firstly she could have communicated what she was doing and come and told me what was going on.

Hi Toni. I am sorry your puppy was taken out of the consultation room for a vaccination but the veterinarian you are referring to is pregnant and therefore at higher risk of exposure to COVID-19. It is safer for her to perform examinations/procedures with the assistance of a nurse rather than come into close contact with multiple owners every day.

Our staff have been fantastic throughout this time and have continued to keep our clinic open even though they have been at risk of contracting this virus. I hope this helps explain why your puppy was vaccinated out of the consultation room.

We love this Veterinarian business. The vets are very kind and compassionate to our little 9 year old furbabay. Costs for treatment are average. We get our little dog groomed every month. Parking can be issue if you arrive at peak morning time. We had to park across the road and walk across on our last visit.

I have 2 long haired cats that I have shaved once a year at the beginning of Gold Coast summer. I prefer to have both cats sedated as it is much less stressful for Charlie and Daisy. At the same time both cats have nails clipped, overall health and dental checks. The price was well below what other veterinary clinics charge. The team were ultra professional and customer service exceptional. As all good veterinary clinics they made a follow up call the day after the procedure to ensure both cats were well. This will be our families go to veterinary clinic from now on. Highly recommended. Thanks again for taking such good care of Charlie and Daisy 🐺🐺

KIND AND CARING
Over the course of about 4 months our little pooch has been unwell and needing to visit the vet at least once a week. We got to know Christine the Vet here very well.
Helpful ReviewShe showed kindness, compassion and love toward our little dog and we can highly recommend her as a vet.
She has called us to see how our fur baby is doing and will always be there when needed.
They also have a pet grooming service which we have used a couple of times and seems to be quite good.

Ragnar and I had a wonderful experience at the mermaid waters vet! Michaela and the friendly staff treated Ragnar as if he was their own and I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
Helpful ReviewWe had Ragnar neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and has had very little discomfort and the whole process was easy, quick and very affordable.
The clinic also has a Cattery which we will be looking at booking Ragnar in in the near future when we go away.

I highly recommend this surgery. Caring and compassionate and I have not had a bad experience here. My mothers dog had to be put down at 18 years of age and so much compassion shown by the vet. He even washed Sammy and wrapped him in white cloth so my 91 year old mother could have a last look at him before we buried his body. A few years after this my dog had to be put down at also 18 years of age and the same caring and compassion shown but a different vet on this occasion. Great service from all staff there.
