lol. Yes I’m pretty sure this is the guy who drops his dog 45 mins early (which is fine no problem) He literally turns up 15 mins after his allotted appointment expecting the dog to be finished. Frankly I was gobsmacked . I tell him I’ll text him and he turns up AGAIN half hour later. We had his dog out in 2 hrs under immense pressure and I carefully explained to him that the grooming process (for a cavoodle) takes longer than 10 mins but he clearly can’t understand that . Someone else is welcome to him the dog was good and had a great time, shame about the owner.

Business owner clipped my dog after asking for a trim I was devastated and called to let them know I wasn’t happy and was met with utter disrespect and yelling and she ended up screaming at me to never come back.

You had two different people drop and pick up your dog . We spoke on the phone and you had booked a bath and tidy. We agreed to clip the dog and I clipped him with a 13 mm comb which is a very popular length for puppies. It’s still a fluffy clip. Many people commented on how great the dog looked. Then you ring me and start being rude and abusive. Then you get all your little friends to be rude about my business. Usually when a client has any issue they communicate this in a respectful manner. I don’t need you or your trolls anywhere near my business. I imagine the dog has well and truly grown long hair again. 🤣

You are not a customer but one of her cronies with nothing better to do. Do you run a small business or even have a job? I have photos of the before and after grooms that I was lambasted for. The dog looks so cute. I would post it here but it’s not allowing me to but can be seen on my page at Mudgee Dog Stylist. I only spoke to the owner on the phone . I had the dog booked in for a bath and tidy then she said that she wanted a clip. It’s a longer clip that I often do for puppy owners and people love it. This person claimed that Cavoodles should not be clipped which is just uneducated. I have soo many cavoodles that are clipped regularly and have been grooming dogs for 17 years so I know a little bit about it. They are poodle crosses therefore will just grow and grow. If the client had of communicated clearly and had said that she would just like a bath and tidy or a very light trim I could have easily accommodated that. I was shocked at the way that this person spoke to me on the phone. It was a very rude manner and seemed like she wanted to make trouble. This seems to happen occasionally in a small town, frankly this client would never be welcome back . Fortunately I have a great solicitor. I’ve already been running my business in this town for over 12 years so if you think that your sad pathetic friends will make a dint in my business when I have tons of clients vouching for me that I have always looked after their dogs and am polite and communicative. You are sadly mistaken. You should get a life.
