Thank you to Dr Alana and all the staff. Tess the dog is also so thankful for you. Today she started to play, for the first time in a long time. She is enjoying being scratched and patted around the ears, which was painful for her before. Your professionalism, compassion and kindness was very appreciated and we thank you whole heartedly for your service to animals and their carers.

We have visited James a few times for our cat and he’s been amazing. He is so gentle with his patients and really takes the time to explain test results/treatment plans in plain english. Highly recommend him.

Took our little girl there after receiving bad news from another Vet. The difference was amazing,. they are all so caring and James the vet was so helpful and reassuring, What was recommended as surgery at the other vet ended up being some tests and medication and our fur baby is back to full health, Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!!

Cat was hit by a car, needed leg removed, got pneumonia & stopped breathing… But is recovering nicely…I am so glad I gave them a chance after a horrible death from different vet in Mudgee. I now take all animals there!
