Despite my puppy acting like an absolute sook they’re lovely here! He looks and smells amazing and his nails have had a much needed trim. My boy is a Bullmastiff Rottweiler cross and (despite being shocked at his large size) they accepted him with open arms. Will definitely be coming here again and regularly!

Holly and Team have been consistent with the professional grooming of both our Mini Poodle girls, Bella and Poppy. We love the Salon’s happy environment and caring attitude. The Girls are happy attending which is a bonus!… They are not the most relaxed of fur Clients with their high, energy levels but seem to enjoy their visit.

The lovely staff are great with our dog, so much now he walks in like he owns the place! We get a good two to three weeks out of his bath and he always smells so nice and feels so soft.

I can’t judge the service it’s self but I can suggest having a more professional tone when responding to customer email/enquiries.
I asked if you take large breeds, specifically Rottweilers due to the stereotypes around the breed and the response I got was literally “yes we do” nothing more nothing less. I found it quite rude considering I am a potential customer…not anymore. Maybe try something like “hi thanks for your enquiry” “thanks for you email” maybe even address the person your emailing with their name?

Best $10 I ever spent.
As a sad reflection on my life, I am terrified of cutting my dog’s nails. She just won’t sit still, she is a big breed and, I am worried I will hurt her.
I popped into Toowoomba Grooming with no appointment and BOOM, nails done … no fuss, do dramas, over and done in five minutes.
The young women there were lovely, professional and friendly. I am looking forward to becoming a regular.
