Everyone is just so super friendly and helpful there! Since we got our puppy 10 months ago I’ve been there every now and then with all different kinds of questions and the staff was always happy to help. I would especially like to mention Holly who has such a broad range of knowledge and experience when it comes to big dogs 🙂

The lovely ladies at the grooming salon are so lovely, kind and clipped my anxious dog’s nails perfectly. All of the dogs getting groomed looked so happy to be there and the grooming salon had great energy which I didn’t expect for a chain. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to take our dog for a groom here!

Charlie at the Noosa store clipped my chihuahuas nails today, she is so naturally skilled and talented with animals, usually no one can cut their claws but she made them so calm and comfortable and she did such an excellent and fast job, not only this but her customer service is impeccable, she is so lovely and a beautiful human, what an absolute asset to your company and your team, she is truly a shining star and going to excel in your business and her traineeship and future career with animals, thank you Charlie you made my day with your kindness and your fantastic service, you are going places. 10/10 stars , I hope your manager will see this and let you know what an amazing job you are doing, they should be so proud to have you on their team.

Prices at Pet Barn are a massive rip off. Everything item is marked up by at least 50%. Don’t shop at Pet Barn. You can get everything you need from somewhere else nearby for much cheaper!!

We took our Kelpie there for a wash.amd then her claws trimmed and it only cost $15
