Paid over $700 for the vet to say nothing was wrong with our dog when there clearly was. She couldn’t walk or lift her head and was yelping in pain everytime she moved or was touched.
Helpful ReviewDidn’t even give pain meds to take home for her comfort but gave antibiotics ‘incase’ which were an unnecessary expense (on-top of the rest). Paid for a consult which never happened since we were sent out of the room after a minute of getting in there.
We ended up getting a second opinion which cost only $150, a proper consult, did her checks, scans etc Infront of us and told us what was going on along the way and actually gave us an outcome. My poor dog would have suffered and slowly died if we didn’t get the second opinion. Waste of $700+ . Negligent in my opinion when it was very, very clear she was not okay.
Same experience we had years ago when I vowed to not go back there. Only reason we did as we couldn’t get in earlier somewhere else.

I took my dog in when i knew something was wrong with him. I continued to take him once every week- yet was told nothing was wrong continuously. My dog ended up having a fit and passing earlier this week yet i was advised he was more than okay. Devastated and heart broken.

I was very impressed by the empathy, advice and kindness I was shown by Dr David and his team when I recently put my dog down. They are genuinely very caring and a highly skilled team. I am very grateful I took my dog there and I think they are the stand out vetenary facility on the Sunny Coast.

I was very impressed with David, he was very thorough and friendly. I was there to get our rescue cat checked over qnd get her microchip changed to our name and address. The lady on the desk (cant remember her name) got me the paperwork and explained what needed doing. Its a work in progress,, but its now a lot easier thanks to the great staff here.

This clinic and team are absolutely fantastic! I saw Dr David for the first-time last month, he is an incredibly genuine, friendly and compassionate professional. I have been taking my boy Charlie to a different local clinic for the past 3 years and deciding to get a second opinion from this clinic was the best decision I could have made. Dr David was able to diagnose a long-term issue my dog Charlie has been having within 10 minutes of speaking to me – we did a test to confirm, and he was right! Finally, my boy is on the mend and I can see how much happier and healthier he is already. This clinic has a lot of heart and all the Nurses were a breath of fresh air – warm, respectful, caring and very knowledgeable. I brought in a big box of chocolates to Dr David and the team, I hope you all know how immensely appreciative I am of your time and care! King regards, Sally

It was a Sat morning and we noticed that our dog had popped open a few stitches from a recent operation. So we took her to our vets but unfortunately they couldn’t fit her her as they said she’d have to be in all day, as she would need to be aneathnatised and the stitches re done but unfortunately didn’t have availability to do it.
Helpful ReviewSo we took her to the Noosa district hospital. They took our dog in the back and stapled the large open wound.
A couple of days later i popped into our local vets to get them to have a look at her as i was concerned how the staples looked. Our local vet said it was a mess what Noosa district hospital had done, and was also a failure because it should not have been stapled it should have been re stitched.
I telephoned the Noosa district hospital and advised of the failed stapling attempt and asked them if they would reimburse the cost of the stapling appointment from her having to go in and now get it re stitched something they should have done in the 1st place. They said no i would have to pay the full cost.
Not only did they staple a open wound that was advised from another vet that it should have been re stitched not stapled, but then they wanted more money to do what they should have done the 1st time around. Cant help but think they did this to make more money.
Thank fully our vet corrected the dodgy work. I do not recommend.

The nurses Brooke and Hayley more than happy to help me with any questions or additional support for my boy. Really appreciative of all their advice and well wishes. Will definitely be coming back with my boy for sure, he loved all the attention and cuddles! Their warm welcomes made coming to the vet an enjoyable experience for him and myself as well. Thanks soooo much guys 🙂
