Professional advice and friendly caring Vets and their staff. Been utilising their service, as well as taking my family pets their for vaccinations and treatment for 20 years.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the Male Veterinarian who my 3 month old pup had the misfortune of being seen by. I suggested very politely, that I thought it may have been a grass seed in my pups ear. I have 2 other dogs and was noticing the same signs. Was told rudely that NO, it was NOT!! The most condescending person I’ve ever met. Absolute grumpy old man to the extreme!! On returning to pick up my pup, the so-called “Vet”, didn’t have any decency to even come out and speak with me.

My pup became seriously ill after I was told to give it a certain amount of Panadol (for babies). I rang back and questioned the dosage to which the receptionist came back after speaking to someone, and told me that the dosage was correct.
Next morning we had to rush our pup to an emergency Vet 3.5 hours away. They were astonished to hear of the dosage that we were instructed to give. 3 times more than what our pup should have been prescribed according to his weight.
Its such a shame that you have an absolute tosser representing your Vet Clinic as I’ve seen such good reviews about the lady Vet here. I will add though, that the young receptionist/nurse was lovely & helpful and it was extremely obvious she was highly uncomfortable and embarrassed by the so-called “Vet” in questions behaviour & attitude. He also spoke to her nastily in front of myself and another person in reception. We will never return here again with our pets in case he’s there.

Very very good 5. Went to york vet twice they played a guessing game my dog almost died. A country practice northam picked it up straight away. Very lucky

Amazing vet, all the staff are friendly and helpful. They helped my dogs and at a very responsible price compared to other vets I would say they are on the cheaper side but the quailty of care and expertise is high. I highly recommend going to this vet clinic.

When I walked in, all I could smell was air freshener and floor cleaner, they were still spraying it, even when I was starting to gag.. seriously, I want my pet to thrive, not be exposed to toxic sprays and us!!! Im su ree whatwvera dog sid in the wqiting room wasnt THAT bad! I asked them not to put my dog on the floor, they ignored me.
Wasnt told about the titer testing.. when i asked them why, “we would lose clients” they said…Sorry, but thats just not good enough, over vaccinating is not neccessary, it causes all sorts of health issues.. surprise surprise!.. sorry, but i prefer not to have unnecessary vet bills

I was away on holidays and my little Dog had a accident and my daughter had to take her to the vets and they were so helpful they took care of my dog and my daughter so well I would recommend these guys to look after any of your fury friends ☺☺ my little dog is so happy Thanks to these guys
