Staff are rude. Girl at checkout chewing gum and when she rang up a discounted item at full price she rolled her eyes and pointed to the full price sticker. When I showed her the discounted sticker rolled her eyes again. If she doesn’t like her job then she should not have job with the public. Customer service needs to be reminded to staff

I am usually able to find what I need, although my partner and I were surprised to be told that due to Covid-19, they have a “no return policy”, so it seems if you purchased something and it is faulty, Red Dot Northam is exempted from the direction of “Consumer Affairs” or whatever it is called now!

Red Dot Northam is part of the Red Dot Chain that is Australia wide in.most major city shopping Centres and country areas. As such it has all the usual variety items such as toys confectionery haberdashery garden items and pretty much anything you can think of or might spot when in the store. Large shop with plenty of space and parking at the door. Cheers.
