Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Red Dot, a favourite amongst many, has been commended for its impressive array of art and craft supplies, as well as dog toys and storage items. The affordability of their products, great deals, and the variety of stock are consistently praised by customers. While some shoppers have observed the store layout could be improved, and noted a few instances of less-than-stellar customer service, the majority have highlighted the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. A few customers have also appreciated the fresh, new setup of the store. Despite a temporary 'no return policy' due to Covid-19, Red Dot's commitment to providing a wide array of inexpensive products and a generally positive shopping experience continues to attract shoppers.

The older staff sit out the front smoking and gossiping about people.. the shop isn’t very clean, it’s very cluttered.. the younger staff are sweet but honestly I’m being generous with 2 stars

I am usually able to find what I need, although my partner and I were surprised to be told that due to Covid-19, they have a “no return policy”, so it seems if you purchased something and it is faulty, Red Dot Northam is exempted from the direction of “Consumer Affairs” or whatever it is called now!
