Horrible experience !!!

Apparently dogs are not allowed to bark in the reception, got yelled at by staff, disrespectful, messy environment.
Called to understand the facts, firstly the dog was barking for 15 min non-stop then since that was not possible because was not there for that long then got reduced to 10 min, meaning, they don’t know what is going on at all, staff could not find the details of the dog that it has been there before. It sounds like old boy vet is way past his retirement date in my opinion.
My dog is a little shih Tzu can bark a bit and can carry on but come on, it does not justify getting yelled at disrespectfully, wife left in tears.
Save some disappointment and your time, do not use this vet, would not wish that experience to anyone.

Very caring and professional. We had to put our poor girl down and they were very compassionate and closed the clinic for us and allowed us all the time we needed. It was a very painful goodbye and was very sweet to receive a card with a little glass keepsake with a locket of her fur. Would highly recommend.
