I cannot recommend Pupkus in Pakenham highly enough! I had my barber shears sharpened by Kay, who is truly a master scissor sharpener. His experience, knowledge, pride, and passion in his craft are unmatched. He not only sharpened my scissors to absolute perfection but also took the time to teach me about them, answering every question I had with patience and insight. He’s a wealth of knowledge and a genuinely interesting person to talk to.
Kristy, his wife, was equally amazing—so professional and deeply knowledgeable about the grooming industry. From the moment I walked in, I could feel how much both of them genuinely wanted to help me and support my craft as a barber.
The results? My scissors are now so sharp it feels like they can cut hair just by looking at it! I am beyond impressed. Honestly, I will never, ever go anywhere else for scissor sharpening. Pupkus Australia has earned my absolute loyalty.
This is a 100 out of 10 experience—Kay and Kristy are the best in the business. I’ll be back without a doubt!

Pupkus has been my go to place for all grooming tools, parts, equipment, and other grooming related services for the past year. There was nothing Kristy cannot help me with. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very helpful and giving. I highly recommend Pupkus to pet groomers out there. You won’t be disappointed.

A huge thank you to Kristy for all your helpful advice about grooming blades that I was having some issues with. She was able to help me negotiate a refund of brand new blades (purchased elsewhere) that were faulty, and suggested replacement blades to use. I’ve used Pupkus to sharpen blades and grooming shears for the last 2 years, and they do a wonderful job, the service is great, and the turnaround is very quick! I would highly recommend Pupkus to anyone who has questions about grooming products, thanks again!!

Visited Pupkus for the first time today. Beautiful place, excellent signs (no confusion of where to go, where to park, what door to visit), and of course the bloke was super friendly and easy to deal with. He also helped carry things to my car.
