These people are fantastic, kind and caring to their patients and very knowledgeable. Our cat Mike Tyson (who lives up to his name at times LOL) was so calm with Dr Rachel we had to stop him purring so she could check his heartbeat. Happy to recommend.

I was told because your not the owner of the dog on ower records we can not treat the dog was in pain and crying would real hospital treat humans like that a animal is a human and bad pain in the hips

On Wednesday 9th September, We booked a meet and greet via PetRescue web page for a kitten named Prada after a couple of messages with a hope to adopt for Saturday, 12 September. We booked 3 days in advance as we needed to drive 1 hour distance to your vet. Guess what, we have been told the kitten was already been adopted a couple days ago! We have not been given any information about this at all.
After getting our home ready for a kitten and make our schedule available to drive 2 hours return it was very disappointing to hear that the kitten was adopted!
I hope you are not treating the kittens as disrespectfully as you are treating the people who want to adopt them!

It’s unfortunate that I had to have such a POOR experience compared to everyone else. From the moment I walked in I was treated like an inconvenience and pushed into a corner and given annoyed looks, they even watched a horrible old woman talk me down for having a big dog, as someone who works in customer service I would have found it my duty to intervene and bring the situation down, of course without offending anybody. I had an appointment to get my boy desexed. I picked him up in the afternoon and he was extremely swollen. Thinking it was normal post surgery I went about my day and kept him inactive. I took him back the next morning asking why he was like this (swollen and bleeding) they took him and restitched him and told me basically nothing. The swelling got worse so we took him ELSEWHERE where he had to be taken into surgery immediately. His scrotum was filled with so much blood they were about to explode. When I asked if this had anything to do with the first clinics surgery he got fidgety and said they did a “competent” job that was “passable” but lazy. After that he had to go to the specialist and have another 2 surgeries and 2 weeks hospitalisation to fix the problem they had made and when I asked the specialist the same question he said they had likely knocked a vessel that caused all the blood build up, thank you paws – for costing me thousands of dollars. I get that we are human and we make mistakes but honestly, this is a common surgery? Is it not? Surgery troubles aside, this is not how you treat people and I was very upset by their poor service.

Amazing vets. My dog had been struggling gor years with an ear infection. I had been to 4 different vets. All saif it was an allergic reaction. Gave me drops …”try and keep on top of it. ” Belinda tried a different approach and the infection hasnt returned. 6 mths now…ears are as clean as anything.
