Cannot recommend these vets enough! Have been with them for over 12 years, and they’ve seen our current fur-babies since puppies. One of our dogs (Pippie the Cysto Pup 🤣) has complicated urinary tract issues and visits the vet a lot for check ups – you wouldn’t know it though, from how excited she gets each time! It’s truly like visiting family to her, and we know she’s going to receive top-notch care and mega-cuddles each and every time. Thank you for everything you all do ❣️

I have been going to this surgery for many years but after my recent experience will now reevaluate my loyalty. The pricing is not consistent with the procedures.
I was quoted $865 to have a couple of stitches put in an open wound. But was charged less for a much more complicated surgical procedure only weeks before.
Greenbank Veterinary Hospital quoted me $162 for it to be done under a local anaesthetic which was a safer option given the vet at PR pointed out my older dog had a slight heart murmur. I wasn’t given any other options at PR. It was a full anaesthetic or nothing.
I have always found the staff at PR very friendly, caring and professional but my advice is to check what other options and pricing at other vets before you commit to using Park Ridge.
The good news is my dog had the procedure done straight away and is doing well and he is healing.

Our family have been going here for over eight years since we moved to the area. They have been the best Vet by far. We had to put both of our fur baby’s to sleep and they were very caring and gave a very lovely send off, they also took some paw prints for us to take home. We have since got a little pup so he has gone there and completed puppy school. I Highly recommended to anyone searching for the best vet to take there fur baby’s Park Ridge Animal Hospital will take care of you!!

The place is good have been taking my pet there for a couple of years now. I do have an issue with the fact that their signage from the road coming from Green road is extremely poor. On several occasions I’ve driven past the entrance and this is primarily at night. The large sign they have is blocked by a tree and at night it’s not lit from the direction of travel mentioned above. Otherwise, they are great.
Still great, but no update to the signage.

Recently our most beloved american bulldog Barbara, an old girl who was tired and sore, let us know it was time to say goodbye.
Helpful ReviewSo through word of mouth, Park Ridge was recommended to us. Our regular vet clinic was booked out solid and we had to be kind and couldn’t extend Barbs life any longer.
WOW…. how lucky were we!!!!!! We had the most amazing and kindest vet, Stacey Woodland. Stacey showed us kindness compassion empathy and made the sad experience, a beautiful experience. My old girl Barb, who struggled to stand and walk by this point, actually took 2 steps forward and rested her head in Stacey’s hands, as much to say, I am ready and thankyou.
Stacey, thankyou for helping our family through a difficult and very sad time. We walked away through the tears, so thankful. Please know that you truly make a difference in people’s lives. You’re an angel in a human body.
The staff were amazing, understanding and kind.

Best care for my dogs from the best vets ❤️ I wanted to write a little bit more than my original post, the wonderful vets at Park Ridge Animal Hospital looked after our family dog Owen (he was a beautiful cocker spaniel) until he passed away at 17. My mum also took her little tenterfield terrier Jessie, who suffered from diabetes, and had the best care from her vets there until she passed away last year at 15.
Helpful ReviewMy two dogs, Jackson (labrador) and Holly (staffy cross) have been going to Park Ridge Animal Hospital since they were puppies, they are now both 6 years old. Holly even had hip dysplasia surgery there (Dr Sasha is wonderful, and Holly loves her gentle nature!). Thank you to all the wonderful vets and nurses, and admin staff, for always being welcoming, helpful and absolutely wonderful human beings with my fur babies 🙂

Great clean facilities and friendly staff. Only issue i find is there is a continuous turn over of staff. Take my dog here and never get to see the same vet twice. He became very friendly and happy with our Vet Jane however she left soon after. Would star 5 if able to have a single vet we are able to see and our dog Basil is happy with, also that they hang around long enough to see them the next visit.
