Very unprofessional. The worker in the aquarium department saw me and didn’t ask if I needed help and she walked away never to be seen again. Told cashier we need help she dispatched someone that never came to help us so when I went to ask the manager what’s going on they said the worker went to help the other people in store and she is busy when I was there first. I left and took my business elsewhere

Today I left my Cairn Terrier, Champ, with Ruby to be groomed. It was her first time with Champ, and as a senior dog, he is very cautious around his eyes. Not only did Ruby assure me he would be safe, but she taught me how to be gentle and self care for Champ in between grooms! I’ve spent a lot of money for his safety over the years, and I have to agree that this is one of the BEST grooming salons at South Mountain because of Ruby! She also got Champ efficiently through the service, putting my mind at ease. If you are new to the area, or want a skilled groomer, Ruby is it! Thank you so much Ruby! Champ and I are forever grateful~

They used to have really nice horned worms and now they are tiny like their Dubia roaches. Crickets are fine.
