Great local vet with really friendly and caring staff. The nurses are so helpful and quick to return any queries and you can tell that they really love animals, and the vets are really knowlegeable 🙂

The entire team at North Randwick are caring and very professional. They’ve taken excellent care of my cat for years now. More recently they’ve provided fantastic routine and emergency care for my GSP puppy. Dr Claire picked up a very rare condition in my pup (septic arthritis) immediately, and initiated treatment that saved her life. Dr Jason performed a very neat spay on my pup, she had no complications and was back to her crazy self within days. The nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly, the clinic has a very welcoming feel and provides top quality veterinary care.

My sweet Cat Molly was most unwell this week and required a trip to the wonderful staff at Randwick Vet.Molly has been registered here since she came home with me as a kitten 12 years ago. I cannot praise their care , knowledge and treatment enough. At my request Molly had a sleep over for 2 nights as I knew ( from previous experience) that the whole Team would provide her with lots of cuddles and attention. Back home now with required medication plus a new diet.

I’ve been attending this vet for couple of years not only me but also people from my family and personally i am ALWAYS satisfied and really happy with how they treat my pet. You can really tell how the vets and workers from this clinic work with PASSION and how GENUINE they are. Every time I go there they always treat me and my pet with the BEST care. They’re always looking for the best options for my pet and for me as well. And this is why I always come back her even though I currently live very far I will always come back to this Clinic. I just love their services and everything about it. I will always recommend it to whoever thats looking for an exemplary clinic. 🙂

We recently got a puppy and in our first week we had a couple of issues with our puppy having a virus, the care and attention that out puupy recieved at NRVC was AMAZING! The vet was so gentle, caring and helpful. She really made us feel so comfortable and looked after. The vetinary nurses make you feel at ease and looked after from the minute you walk through the door. We also booked in for puppy preschool with the head nurse Sophia – she is nothing short of amazing and has such a natural way with people and animals. We have since used the vets for vacinations and grooming – all amazing. We look forward ts using your service for many years to come.

I have never written a review about anything but I feel extremely compelled to write a review about North Randwick! My partner and I are first time puppy owners and went to North Randwick for the free puppy consultation. A few short days later, we were back due to some tummy issues. On both occasions, the team at North Randwick was an absolute dream. The service, the effort to make us and our puppy feel comfortable, the advice, the smiles. All of it is simply top notch and I feel extremely lucky to have such an awesome vet for our dog. They made us feel at home, without a doubt 🙂

The service at North Ranwick Clinic is amazing. The vets and nurses are kind and caring and my dog Frankie loves coming in. Special mention to Sophia Gillis the Practice Manager for having trained Frankie so well when he did puppy classes with her. She really is a real life dog whisperer. She is always on call to help me, even outside work hours. She and her team have done a fantastic job and i would highly recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet.

It would be remiss of me not to provide an overwhelmingly positive comment about Sophia, the Head Nurse at the clinic. She has provided tireless caring support to us in connection with our hyperactive and mischievous puppy – who constantly gets into trouble. In one instance, Sophie saved our dog from serious injury and illness in response to a late night emergency call. I strongly believe that dedicated and devoted medical carers should be given high praise, and Sophie squarely deserves all that she is given. We unequivocally recommend her.

Both our dog and cat love NRVH. Both have always received excellent care. Sophia, one of the nurses is exceptional with her knowledge of dogs and cats. Thanks to her and her puppy expertise our 12 month old puppy is growing into a delightfully mannered dog. I would thoroughly recommend her puppy classes also. Not to mention how available and willing she is to answer any questions about animal health. Sometimes even saving you from an unnecessary trip to vet. Sophia keeps us going back to NRVH, plus their excellent care.

I attended with an inquiry about a dog that I was dog sitting and they were fantastic. Whilst one lady answered all of my questions, the other lady gave the dog a treat which he loved and I ended up purchasing and she weighed him for me. The staff are really friendly and the store is inviting.

Professional & caring (as one would expect) with reasonably priced consultations. The atmosphere is bright & happy. The support staff / vet nurses are so knowledgeable that they can often give you sound & free advice over the phone saving you from making unnecessary trips in – great for people with anxious pets that hate going the vet. Once a vet has met & reviewed your pet, staff can dispense medications which you can collect without needing another consultation. Boarding services are available with the leading agencies providing shuttle bus services transporting from the vet & back. Please think twice about using a boarding company who’s name begins with “H”. My dog returned from there with raging kennel cough & my cat caught cat flu which prematurely ended her life. This was no fault of North Randwick Veterinary Clinic though (& it’s about time I wrote a separate review about that overcrowded & uncaring boarding facility). Puppy schooling & grooming services are also available. Open 7 days, parking plentiful in nearby streets.

Absolutely fantastic service! My pug loved it there, you could tell by his reluctance to leave which is unusual for a pup who just got a injection! The vet was calm, attentive and reassuring. The reception staff were equally friendly. He gave us undivided attention when asking questions and wasnt in a rush to get us out and the next client in. Makes a difference to the previous vets we took him too who were just revenue driven and lacked a caring nature. Not to mention experience/knowledge on managing pets – avoid Matraville Vetinary Hospital, terrible people!

Dr Raul and Dr Jason are two of the most caring and up to date vets I know of. I have been to many vetinary clinics and they always come up with the right solution for my 2 toy poodles .They are very fair with their pricing.

The staff at North Randwick Veterinary Hospital are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I’ve been taking my puppy to North Randwick Vet since he was eight weeks old and every member of the team is super friendly and supportive. My dog loves going there, whether it’s for a check-up or a happy grooming session. Dr Jason Bembrick and Head Nurse Sophia Gillis have been very helpful. Sophia helped us a great deal with everything essential related to the arrival of our puppy and excellent puppy care. She has a wonderful and natural way with puppies, including teaching the all-important manners, among other important lessons. I really appreciate the outstanding care taken to look after our pup so well, thank you!

I have taken 2 puppies from 8 weeks old through North Randwick vet.
Nurse Sophia has been my rock and had taken my fur puppies through their Puppy Preschool and outside behaviour classes in my home.
She is so knowledgeable and both my dogs have always taken to her teachings and love seeing her.
I will always highly recommend Sophia and the work she does with all animals but especially my Beautiful French Bulldogs (who aren’t the easiest to tame!!)

Extremely professional services offered by North Randwick Vet. We had our puppy Mickey desexed there a few weeks ago. The level of care was outstanding. Our Puppy was looked after by Sophia and her wonderful team. We were updated on Mickeys progress throughout the day and recovery period which kept us at ease. We definitely recommend anyone wishing to use North Randwick Vet.
Our puppy Mickey is now 6 months old. We thank Sophia from all our hearts with the amazing job she has done not only as a trainer/behaviouralist but also helping our eldest daughter (10 years old) who had a severe phobia with dogs overcome this, and has greatly assisted with the intergration of Mickey into our family.
I highly recommend the services provided by North Randwick Vet and Sophia with her team where nothing is ever a problem.

Dr Jason Bembrick and Sophia’s vet nursing team have always taken the best care of my Shar Pei cross Boxer – May. Not only do they care – but you can trust them to ensure your pet gets the right treatment. Their skill and expertise is exceptionally high. Dr Jason recently operated on May (performing delicate entropian eye surgery) and the result and recovery were fantastic. The skill demonstrated was exceptionally – you wouldn’t notice the wound or the neat stitches if you didn’t know she had surgery. Dr Jason has also assisted on previous occasions where May needed the high level of specialised care that Dr Jason and Sophia’s team could provide. Sophia has also been a part of our family for over a year, since helping us train May from a puppy. Sophia was an excellent animal behaviourist for May. As she is a very optimistic, excitable, large breed dog, she was also challenging – but Sophia supported us through the training process. May now enjoys a lot more freedoms because of Sophia – and we enjoy May more too! The difference that both Dr Jason and Sophia have made to us (and especially to May) is huge.
