Rudest business owner I have ever met. Having 2 new puppies, I went to see what was available. Aside from filthy dog jackets, I was looking around to see what else, the owner asked what I was doing, when I told him, he yelled at me to get out & I was stupid. Not the only bad review. Karma will bite one day. Prefer to shop at PetBarn, PetStock & others where THEY don’t mind customers looking around & treat all with politeness.

First time at this store and definitely the last!
Customer service is possibly the worst I have experienced.
Walked in and started looking around as there is an endless supply of stock and was asked if I needed anything to which I replied no thanks im just looking. This response seemed to amuse the owner who walked off.
I continued to look around the store and again was approached, this time the owner states so you have no idea what you’re looking for? I’ve been here 9 years and I’ve never had anyone say I’m just looking. I thought that’s odd!
I said is there an issue with looking around the store? He continued to tell me that it was weird that I was just looking.
Would have loved to have purchase stock from a local independent store but when you are met with customer service like this, I’d rather shop elsewhere.
This guy had made up his mind about me as soon as stepped foot in the door
I told him that I’d be leaving a review on his service and he stated that he would reply. Can’t wait to hear what lies you come up with here…………..

I walked in to buy a collar for my pup, as soon as I picked out an item off the shelf to read if it were suitable for my size dog, the rude service guy who was there Sunday morning snatched it outa my hands saying if I want to look i can look at products only from items in box on floor.

Hello Lonelywolf 33 (Les), if you think that by concocting up such a story, you would be able to discredit our business, you have been fooled. Because each person will have their own experience and I am glad to report that our business is doing very well because we provide good customer services, have very reasonable prices and have good quality products and I take this opportunity to thank all our customers who have been supporting our business for the past almost 8 years, we are very grateful to you and value you highly. As for Lonelywolf 33 (Les), to claim that someone snatched a collar off your hand is a new low on your part, simply because we do not do such things here, unless you were caught stealing the collar, even then we would approach differently not snatch it out of your hands.

Outstanding experience with Paws & Claws in Milperra. Went shopping for a new bed and couldn’t decide what to pick. The owner was very helpful in giving us some feedback about the available options and friendly customer service.
They have a lot of products in store at really good prices. I will be trying out their raw food range soon as it’s reasonably priced stuff.

I go to Paws n Claws for all my pet supplies. Suresh is one of the most helpful people you will ever meet. I have a dog and 2 budgies and I come here all the time for dog food, toys, bird food, cages, pet beds, etc. Every time I go Suresh is so helpful and carries everything to the car for me (I usually have 2 small children in tow). Suresh has everything you need for your pet and his prices are fantastic. Forget going to another pet store and being left to your own devices to find some obscure pet accessory…go to Paws n Claws and make your life easier. I almost gave up on one of my new budgies because he was escaping out of the cage, but I went to Suresh and he advised me on the correct cage, had it all assembled and carried it to my car.

My boyfriend and I come to paws and claws for everything we need for our dogs, reptiles,fish, bird and now cat. We would not go any where else – Suresh is an absolutely amazing owner, his prices are extremely fair, if not lower than RRP. I cannot understand how he has gotten any 1 star ratings! Hi Hamed, our items are NOT overpriced as you claim and our staff are very helpful and respectful. As a matter of fact our price, customer service and product differentiation are our 3 main competitive advantages.
We value all our customers highly and treat them with respect and dignity. Over the past almost 5 years, we have managed to build very good relationships with a lot of our customers. Most customers know that they get good value for the money they spend here. Further, we have a lot of elderly customers coming here as well as they know that they can trust us.
And they CAN trust us as we conduct our business with integrity and honesty. To the extent (and a lot of our customers can testify to this) we often give our customers options, if available, so they get the best value for their money.
We do not claim to be perfect, however we know that we conduct our business very fairly and reasonably and that is why we are very successful. And we continuously learn and professionally develop ourselves as well in all we do: We even learnt a few valuable things from Floyd Mayweather recently as well: His ultimate aim was to win, he had a game plan, he trained hard, he was patient, he was focused on his objective, he was persistent, he executed his game plan well, did not look back, he did not let anyone distract him and he did it well – the result he came out as the Champion and a true sportsman. We like true sportsmanship, we like fair go.
Finally, your conduct at our store yesterday was totally unacceptable, and with all due respect to you, we would rather spend our time and energy serving customers who are fair and reasonable towards us as well and i can proudly say that majority of our customers are fair and reasonable and we love to serve them.
