Have to wonder if there’s been a staff change… Found them a tad rude, unfriendly and didn’t actually listen or were just not interested in phone bookings…. Anyway..not the usual… Said they only have 1 vet on and unavailable any afternoon before 4pm… So took my business elsewhere.

Hello Paula. I am sorry to read you had this experience. We are a small family run clinic and pride ourselves on our continuity of care for our clients and their pets. Most days we do have one vet working and our consulting hours are 9 till 12 and then 4 till 6. During the middle of the day we are looking after sick pets and performing surgeries, anaesthetics or xrays. If we have a quieter day or have more than one vet on we try to be flexible in terms of when we can see patients. I apologise if you felt that our reception staff were unfriendly and would love to speak to you further about this..

Unfortunately some very bad experiences with sending wildlife here and would not bring my pet.

Really lovely people. I was on holiday and my dog was unwell so went in. Was concerned that I’d be ripped off or pushed into getting a battery of tests but they were really practical in their suggestions.
