Reviewed on GoogleWas camping in the area and found a tick on my dog. These guys fitted us in with virtually no notice and clipped and checked him over. The staff are super friendly, and the cost was less than expected. Highly recommended!

Reviewed on GoogleCalled the after hours hotline after my pup became immobile without warning. Shauna was amazing on the phone, and Sarah was brilliant. so fast to get to the clinic and help us out, gave us constant updates on how she was going and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg like most places. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it 💕

Reviewed on GoogleWe took our dachshund in for an appointment after we had noticed some wobbling while he was walking (very minor) they gave us two kinds of medication and sent us home to observe him for what they recommended a further 4 days. They gave us hardly any information on what it might be and we were told just to keep an eye on him and if anything got worse bring him back. Well after taking him to another vet a few days later like we were recommended we learnt he had IVDD, a very serious condition that needs treating immediately!! This other vet told us immediately just from watching him walk, we were immediately referred to a surgeon in Melbourne and had to rush our little one down there as soon as we could to give him the best possible chance to walk again, his condition worsened extremely fast after the second consult and he lost all deep pain sensation and we were told our chances if we had have been treated properly and told in our first appointment of our dachshund walking again was a 90% chance, we were told any vet at the first sign of a dachshund showing wobbly unstable walking should be advising us to get scans and see a surgeon immediately. This vet gave us medication and told us to watch him, I’m disgusted, I’m angry and I’m extremely upset! This wrongful diagnoses (not even a diagnoses, they did the bare absolute bare minimum) has cost us our beautiful boys ability to walk, at 3 years old. At one point I phoned this vet after our appointment to ask if the medication could be effecting him to walk worse and the answer was bring him back in next Monday… why were we not told how serious this was! Why were we treated as if he had all the time in the world. Every other vet we dealt with treated this with the appropriate urgency. Not this place. Do your pets a favour and take them somewhere else! Taking my dog here has cost him his quality of life. Please don’t risk it.

They are the most friendly caring staff i have come across
Helpful ReviewWe took our Frankie to a vet in Geraldton WA to check a lump on her thigh they felt it took no sample of the lump and said its a fatty lump she is fine she was 2. Once we were in Sale Vic i just felt worried so got a second opinion, the Vet at Sale Vet took an autopsy and found it was a mass-cell very aggressive cancer, they didn’t stuff around took it out that day she is now 3 and would of been dead if i hadn’t had felt unsure about what the other vet had said in WA
Thankyou

Reviewed on GoogleWe recently had to make the sad decision to have our much loved family dog put down. We had had Socks for 15 years and 8 months and what a terrific family pet she was. For the last 11 years we have taken Socks – a scoundrel of a beagle – to the Sale Vet Clinic. Age and ill health had caught up with her so as a family we decided that she would need one last appointment. Jason (vet) came to our home and explained all. He was humble, polite and very aware of how painful this was going to be for my family. He quietly and gently went about the task and we were very grateful for his compassion and sensitivity. I would highly recommend the Sale Vet Clinic – they have always been there for our Socks and I am so glad that I randomly walked into this clinic 11 years ago when I first came to Sale.
