Out of all the dog saloon that I have been through (even tried mobile dog wash) this is the most consistent in term of the high quality standard. The price goes up nowadays which could be better, but after experiencing other dog saloon, I feel like I would still choose this place anytime over them. I used to live nearby (wolli creek) and now bought a place in Edmondson Park near Liverpool which means I have to drive 30 mins to get here, but still worth than other places.

I took my Jack Russell puppy here for her first groom. Couldn’t be happier! The lady was so friendly and provided all the information I needed, communication was great about what’s going on and when she’ll be ready to pick her up. They even gave her a Christmas bow tie which is very cute. Thank you for the great service 🙂

The girls here are the best! We always bring our Vizsla here to get his nails cut because he’s impossible with it if we try ourselves. They’re always available, friendly, quick and so kind to him. Thank you! 🙂

Amazing groomer. Took my Malteze Shitzhu BonBon here with lots of knots on his fur. Doggy Splash did a very great job not only untangled the knots but also managed to cut the fur not very short. I was afraid that BonBon would be bald, but turned up it was a great cut. I really recommend Doggy Splash.

Took my borderlier Asha in to have a clip, she can be a bit of a jerk but the staff here were amazing with her, she looks great and the prices are very reasonable. They are very professional and value your input on styling etc. Will be back for sure.

Excellent grooming! I took my Australian Shepherd here and they got off more dead hair than any other groomers had before. The trim looks great too.
My dog is a handful but they managed to both blow-dry and trim her after the wash, which many others before have not managed to convince my dog to let them do!
Would definitely recommend 🙂

Our favourite dog groomers – our two corgis can be a handful, but the guys at Doggy Splash have no problems with them. Price is reasonable for the service, our dogs have particularly sensitive skin and DoggySplash are happy for us to bring along their special shampoo. Happy, fluffy dogs at the end of the day

I have always brought my pooch in here until I met one of their male staff that was extremely rude! I was surprised how my pooch was treated. I cant even begin how much stress this one staff has provided my family. As I was in the middle of a crisis with my car trouble, I asked one of the managers if there is anyway my pooch can have a quick wash. He said, everyone else is busy so he is unable to do this for me. I mean, the tow truck will be there in a second and will have to find an auto shop on a sunday which means will not have a ride back home. I was under so much stress that I just asked him to at least give me an estimate of the time my dog was gonna get done so I can arrange someone to collect him. He still would not give me a time frame due to the busy time. I understand and I really wanted to be considerate but the fact that my car is right in front of their shop, not working at least a bit of a consideration was expected. I asked if my dog has began to be washed because if not, I will just take him home. He immediately took my dog, WET and shaking handed them to me and charged me for the wash! He did not even dry him. I asked if he can at least dry my dog and he said he does not want my business in there! WHAT A FREAKIN ASSH***E! I will never ever bring my dog back to your shop again and I hope you teach this man a lesson! I still paid him since I thought he was going to at least dry my dog but just a complete ass wipe!

Dear Madam, Thank you for coming into our shop on 28/6/15 and expressing your opinion. Your friends pets where brought to us on 24/6/15 by the owners children and we did grooming according to the specific instructions given to us by them. We are a small business and cannot accomodate “change of mind” requests 5 days after grooming is done.

My 8 year old cavoodle got one of his best hair cuts ever. There was good communication and the foyer is full of healthy organic treats and locally sourced cologne which I have been looking for forever. Pleasant staff and my dog is happy.
