Absolutely amazing local vet (we’re Sunbury newbies). Took our sheepadoodle puppy for a puppy checkup and was given a lot of information about puppy care by Dr Bridget!
The initial puppy consult was also complimentary, what a pleasant surprise and a great way for us to make All creatures our pup’s vet!
Also we enquired about genetic testing for preventative health measures if necessary and although it wasn’t something they offered onsite, Dr Bridget said she would research and ask around about such a service. Didn’t think too much of it until i received a call from her with a link to a genetic testing company and the recommended test to buy and that she would walk us through the whole process.

It just feels like everything is done with a lot of care and love here, thank you!

I was so shocked when I took our American Bull Dog, Angel’s coat off her this afternoon, to find she had lumps all down her spine that weren’t there two days ago. I honestly thought, as she is getting on in age, that it must have been some sort of aggressive cancer. I rang All Creatures and explained that as we hadn’t had Angel for long, we didn’t have a Vet as yet, but I feared for the worst, and the lovely Veterinary Nurse was able to fit her in within the hour, I truly thought that we wouldn’t be bringing her home.
When we arrived I went in to ask if we should take her into the main Reception Area, as being quite large, I knew other pets could have found her intimidating, especially if they weren’t feeling well, even though we know she’s a gentle giant.
We were kindly shown a ramp entry to the side of the building, as Angel was having trouble walking, and when we entered the Consulting Room I was pleasantly surprised, as it was more like a lounge than a clinical surgical (scary) room.
We were soon greeted by the very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable Dr Andrew M and another Vet Nurse who both took the time to befriend Angel before trying to examine her, and when they took her to be weighed and have her back shaved, she was more than happy to trot along with them; which she never does with strangers, let alone strangers working in Veterinary practices.
They were soon back with the fantastic news, that while it now looked quite gruesome, it was in fact only an allergy, that had been made worse by her rolling and scratching it, and with the right medication and treatment she’d be over the worst of it in no time.
I can’t tell you the relief we felt. Had they not been able to see her today, we would have had the family all coming for their final cuddles over the weekend. We’ll be forever grateful they saved all of them, but especially the grankids that unnecessary heartache.
We’ve had many pets over the years, and therefore many vets, but never any that have compared to Dr Andrew and the two lovely Vet Nurses, whose name I’m sorry I didn’t get due to my emotional state.
We not only received exceptional service, but the final bill was a pleasant surprise as well, considering the amount of Medicated Shampoo and Medication we left there with.
Angel will be going back in a week for a check up to see how her treatment is going, and all going well, because we were all so thrilled with the care she was given, we are going to book her in for a “Mummy Make Over” and have her teeth and Ears and any little nips and tucks that she needs done, to give her a new lease on life; as she begins her new life with us. We thought we were taking on an older girl to just keep her happy & comfortable for the time that she had left. We didn’t want to put her through anything that might have caused her unnecessary stress. But having seen how relaxed and happy she was with the team at All Creatures today we now know, her life is just beginning and she deserves ‘a make over’
Thank you all so very much for not only fixing our fur baby, but for making two elderly grandparents so very happy.
