We had our beloved elderly dog euthanised recently, I was touched by the patience, kindness and gentleness of the staff throughout the entire ordeal.

Disgusting! took our sick cat to the vet yesterday they charged us $280 just to take bloods and for a visit. We bought our cat home thinking everything is fine for her to pass away the next morning! we still don’t know the actual cause of death.

Absolutely pathetic!
Helpful ReviewToday I found a lost dog in the middle of the road whilst it was pouring down. I picked him up and put him in my car. I called the council as it had a tag but no match came up so they told me to drop it off to the local vet.
I walked this poor scared dog into the vet where the receptionist was lovely however the vet was more worried about me not having a mask on ( even though I have a medical exception ) apparently the dogs welfare didn’t matter nor a thank you for doing a good deed but no we were more focused on the mask for the entire 1 minute I was there . Being an owner of dogs and loving animals would never recommend this vet!

Rang for a dog eye problem and was seen within the hour. Carpark not overcrowded like another clinic in Sunbury during Covid, still allowed in the clinic and consult room with your pet. Was in and out in about 20mins. They now have a young lady Vet there and have finally gone computerised. The only issue I had was phone manner and reception could have been more welcoming. Seems to be about people’s welfare and not all about money during the pandemic.

Took my staffy in for a check of her shoulder as she was limping on it and also a lump after doing an ultra sound over fur to be told, “She’s fine”. 4 weeks later had my baby girl at another vet to be told she was RIDDLED with cancer which is why she was limping. After spending over $3500 on my baby having tests done and finally to be put down, I will NEVER be going back here. Thanks for nothing!. You could of made the end result different if you actually checked her over.

You can’t get a more knowledgeable vet, better care or better prices anywhere around the area. We’ve taken our dogs and cats to Andrew for nearly 9 years now and wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. My dog is on regular medication which at other vets is twice the price
