A snake had crawled onto us when we were asleep 2am on a Monday morning. Thankfully Austin has came to the rescue and managed to safely capture the snake in 2 minutes. Amazing service and thank you for waking up and helping us. Totally recommend especially as a 24/7 service

Austin was a great help today when I unfortunately found a red bellied black snake in my backyard. Whilst I was very stressed, it didn’t take too long before Austin had arrived at my house. He was very calm and quickly dealt with the situation. I would highly recommend Sydney Snakes & Wildlife Removal. They provide a great service!

Austin attended our workplace site in Smithfield (arrived as quickly as possible) Our staff found a young red bellied black snake inside the factory underneath a machine. Before arriving, Austin gave excellent and detailed advice over the phone which ensured a safe and quick removal once he got here. Very professional and knowledgeable and we highly recommend this business.

Highly recommended. I was surprised by a poking head from my fence which freaked me out. Austin was quick to respond and communicated continuously of his whereabouts. He quickly reviewed the pics i took and put me at ease that it was not a dangerous situation. I thought it was a snake which turned out to be a blue tongue lizard. My kids definitely had fun. Austin was super cool and allowed the kids to hold and pat the lizard before carefully taking it away. Gave me great advise and also helped to setup snake repellant to avoid future issues as i live near a creek.

Austin was amazing and responded fast after calling about a juvenile brown snake in my backyard. Unfortunately, he didn’t find the snake (I had lost sight of it getting my dog inside) but found skin. Austin gave us some good advice to deter snakes from entering the yard going forward. Would highly recommend Austin and would call again in a heartbeat.

Austin was awesome! He showed up in about 20 minutes after we called about a red-bellied black snake in our backyard that had somehow gotten into our air conditioning unit. With a toddler and a pet at home, he made sure to tell us he wasn’t leaving until the snake was caught. He had to take apart the air conditioning unit to get to it, and even though it took a bit of time, he was super careful not to damage the unit and about the welfare of the snake. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Really impressed with how he handled everything—definitely the guy you want if you ever need a snake catcher!
