As soon as you say pets, the price doubles. It’s just the way it is. This shop has nice ambience, a terrific range an very friendly helpful staff. It’s huge, if you can’t find it, ask and they will try to get it in. Plenty of parking.

The experience I had was nothing short of spectacular. I had just adopted my beautiful girl Violet and everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Literally could not of asked for a more pleasant experience. I live over 1.5hrs away and I would still drive back out to see these guys.

I won’t downplay the fact that they have a large range of great products. However, I cannot rate any higher because of the bizarre & uncomfortable treatment I’ve received from the manager for “taking too many photos”. I was asked not to take as many and I complied; I only take photos for the sake of my memory since I have ADHD so it was easy to only take one or two, which seemed like a normal amount to limit myself to.
Every time since the warning, the manager has treated me oddly. She will always come out from the back room if I’m there, come past and make a snide comment about me “not taking too many photos.” I laugh it off because I don’t know what to say except no. She hangs around the whole time I’m in the shop, very close by, obviously watching what I do. I stopped going there for a couple months because it started making me anxious and upset that they were doing this. I went back today for the first time in a while and she said “you’re not taking too many photos are you?” (she looks at the items I’m holding) “oh. you’re not. you usually are though.” and hung around me again. she specifically stopped doing whatever she was doing to come serve me.
I regret supporting this store. It’s a shame, I’ve heard nice things about her, I’ve always bought what I can within my budget, and I was even excited when contemplating working there. My family has been regulars and I would come as a kid every time, and every time I’ve come I do try to buy things, even though their pricing is more expensive than the same products online.
I refuse to go there again and get treated like dirt even though I complied. I’m sick of the weird tone and mocking remarks 🙂
