I went to south Torrance Petsmart Sunday-3/5/2023 cuz there was a link issue for payments for on line orders for the 3 day sale. The associate at the register was rude& uncooperative & so I asked to speak with the Manager – she explained the on- line pymt issues & was Happy to honor the sale prices unlike the associate at the register that refused to match the on- line prices. WHICH I MAY SAY NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!! So I give 5 stars 🌟’s to Manager & 0 Stars to the associate @ the register at 10AM on Sunday- 3/5/2023 – YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE GIRL!!!
