I rang the store to ask if they had a particular dog food Kibble that I wanted the girl told me they had three bags I doublechecked actually triple checked with her but it was the right food that I was asking for she assured me it was the correct one and told me she would put three bags of it away for me and I will come and get it later on today when I turned up to the store which is a 25 minute drive from my house there was nothing put away and they did not have that particular dogfood I asked for at all they had one similar with a similar name I find This completely incompetent the girl who told me this had gone home the other staff couldn’t really do anything about it I asked one staff member to put a complaint in to the manager about this and he said he would What a waste of an hour of my time my dog is 11 riddled with arthritis are really needed that food I will never shut the best pet barn again if I can give them zero stars I would

Was there to get the nexgard spectra.. invoiced me $117 for the 6 pack… showed the lady at the counter that the petbarn website has listed it for 90.. she said she can price match with their own website.. I told her this was strange that the shop charges a different price and her response was that she doesn’t want to explain it to me and that too in a rude manner.. not sure what is exactly happening here.. be extra cautious at this store!!
