Omg Vineyard Vets their staff are absolutely the very best through and through. We have been coming here over 21 years. Rob and his team are truly the best of the best. We moved to the Central Coast 2 and a half years ago and still come back to Vineyard Rob and his team to look after our dogs. If you want the best look no further.

Dr Zammit, Fiona and the team are amazing. They’ve helped us out a couple of times when we’ve had no luck at working out what is wrong with our Old English Sheepdog’s health issues. Truly an amazing vet and we thank you so so so much!

When I moved to this vet I expected to build a long relationship with them for all my multiple pets, this was not to be the case. I received a bill for one of my dogs for a service that was recommended by the vet, no problem there. I did not pick my pet up a family member did and they were surprised at the cost of the bill, as it was after hours I googled what some of the charges were and as i was still confused I sent an email asking for clarification. I recieved a response which was surprisingly abrupt in its tone. I eventually replied thanking them for the explanation. A few days later I recieved a letter in the mail banning my pets from using this vet, I was gob smacked. Obviously quering a bill is a no no, as a consumer do not expect to be able to do this unless you are happy to go elsewhere. Interestingly the letterhead I recieved this notice on states “we love your pet” clearly this is not always the case and was definitely not for all my pets. I have a little dog who was just diagnosed with cushings, there was no thought or caring about her treatments, she became irrelevant and definitely there was no love or compassion for her. If you are looking for a vet and want the assurity that you can ask questions freely, then perhaps consider other options.

Exceptional Vet Hospital! Was recommended VVH by some local Golden Retriever breeders and even though it’s an hour drive each way we won’t go anywhere else. The front staff and nurses are the most friendly people and the vets are all very experienced and friendly. The hospital is very fair in their pricing, open and honest with all charges and with the best advice. Wouldn’t take our Molly anywhere else. Would highly recommend to anyone!
