Great pet shop. Looks are deceiving as this shop is packed full of great products. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting products. Great stock. My go to shop for pet products including the range of fish they have for sale

We got a new puppy recently and needed to buy everything a pup would need. The staff were friendly and informed and went out of there way to help.
When I went back a week ago to stock up on food and buy 2 harness’s to keep them safe in the car, they only had 1 large left in stock and it was no problem to order another one, which arrived the following week.

Employees here were so helpful when I needed some fishy help. They gave me advice on fish tank upkeep and demonstrated how to use a gravel vac. They weren’t trying to be pushy about products, so I could be more confident in their advice. Helped me out with doggy treats too.

The guys at WPP were so helpful! We bought a huge cat stand, the likes we’ve never seen before. Not only did they give us a better price, the girls there even helped us take it apart to fit in our car.
I’d also like to add their fish tanks and enclosures for fish are really big, and their Betta fish have such a lovely amount of room. Great stuff.
10/10, would recommend.
