I looked everywhere for Temptations which are my cats favourite. Despite being sold out at a lot of places there was stock on the shelves here and the staff even went out the back to see if there was more available too. Appreciate all the help

Never go to pet barn for fish help. I have had most of my fish for 6 years now. One fish was bigger then my hand. Needed help with some chemicals. Was told this one I have never used before would help and fix the issue. Well it didn’t help my issue and thanks to your staff all my fish are dead … I should have known to turn around when the two people at the front desk didn’t want to help and said we don’t know how to do that and looked at me dumbfounded that I would ask them to help check my tank water ….

Really solid store. Friendly staff, good range of fish stuff which is namely why I go there. I will say though they are constantly changing the frozen cat food varieties which is frustrating as my Siamese has dietary issues. I’ve had to change food twice in the past six months. He’s not that well on the current food, but I suspect this isn’t the stores fault. They no longer stock the Cat version of Big Dog, or the BARF frozen packs for cats.

I had my poodle X who was very knotty and skittish after being at another dog groomers clipped at Petbarn in the last week. When I arrived my dog couldn’t see me, she was following the groomer (who was with another dog) and she was madly wagging her tail with happiness. I would recommend Petbarn for their grooming service.

Good store for pet supplies. Have a silly frequent shopper discount that i just can’t qualify for, but good range of products regardless, and competitive prices. I don’t think you’ll find pal dog food there but top of the line brands. One day might use the dog grooming to get his nails done. The aquarium section has a good range, and some pretty guppies for our tank. They seem to have different colours every time I go.
