I had my beloved dog put to sleep this morning. From making the decision to undergoing the procedure, Baw Baw Paws have been utterly professional and their compassion has gone beyond my expectations. A huge thank you to all but especially Madi, Georgia and Terri.

My dad had been taking his dog to this vet for a couple of years. On One occasion she was booked in for dental work, initially he was told she only needed two teeth removed. When my dad picked her up, a male nurse told him she had three removed then the vet came out and told him she had 7 removed. On a second occasion my dad took her in as she was having issues with her bowels and they gave her the once over and said she was absolutely fine. Three days later he had to have her put down as she was in excruciating pain, had a blocked bowel and a mass in her stomach. Needless to say they were devastated. Absolutely disgusting service, unprofessional and what gets me the most is the lies. My dad absolutely loved our dog Dusty and to see him go through what he went through seeing dusty in so much pain and knowing that the suffering could have been prevented is so wrong.

I just went in there today with two of my baby guinea pigs (males) to get an check up & one had a lump, she was super friendly & helpful, she checked them out thoroughly, one of them need antibiotics, I explained how I don’t have that much money & I got them really cheap compared to the $70 antibiotics ones for some animals, I highly recommend this vet & will definitely be going back, all the team was super helpful & kind , the main vet lady even gave me a lift home today, saw them been really good & sympathetic, professional with other clients & pets aswell 😁 super happy with their services today (it was my first time there I was bit nervous low-key) they were even very empathetic to a man who got his dog put down today , I don’t know what the other “bad reviews are about because honestly there was nothing bad there, all great service, didn’t even have to wait that long either, you must try it

We are new to the area and we are so glad we chose this practice for our sick cat. They are professional, sympathetic and thorough, explaining all our options with care and consideration, taking the time and giving us the detail we needed. The cost was as we’d expect from our previous vet. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Have been amazing with my puppy since the day he was born, Terri is amazing with both of my dogs and definitely spoils them with treats every visit, makes sure their claws aren’t too long and if so she clips them, makes sure every appointment is as painless as possible! Highly Recommend!

Booked online tue for an appointment for Friday filled out all details, been going here for 5 half years ,didn’t hear back from them so called. Emily answered told her I had booked online for friday for our dog. Her response was what is it for their are no appointments until after 6pm. What is the point of having online bookings. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude wonder how many people Emily treats like this?

Thank you to the team at Baw Baw Paws Warragul for their help, understanding and support with neutering my male mouse. Vet Terri, Maddie and Jade did an amazing job in looking after, performing the delicate surgery and providing aftercare for my beloved mouse Onyx. He is now one happy boy living out the rest of his life with 7 of his girlfriends.

Absolute gougers – and I like the 5 star rating you guys are giving yourselves below in reviews. Nice touch.
I would give a negative score if it was possible. Poorly delivered, overpriced service. I was lied to by the staff on multiple occasions.
Now travelling an hour further away and it’s more worthwhile.
As a breeder needing test results I paid a premium for them to be ‘lost’ for over a month – then had that loss not admitted to and we were repeatedly told by staff they had been sent. Unfortunately for this clinic, the specialist put the date the test was received on his report.
Suggest you guys stick to selling your over-priced pet food and toys and leave the vet stuff to the professionals …

I have been using the grooming service for years , Never again. in 8 to 10 degrees winter weather they completely shaved my poodle even her tail. I could have done better. The groomer claimed her coat was matted, but I combed her the day before and her clippers would not go through. Also 4 or 5 nicks from the clippers. This is supposed to be a professional.

My 16 year old dog was rushed and obviously very stressed out when l picked up after a blood test and xrays ..past 5pm
l asked her to check his ears … but nothing l thought he was fine …..No my dog has ear infections as l stated he was scratching them.
After another vet consultation from another Vet clinics he couldn’t believe it either .
So after test results that l paid for YES I OWN THEM ESPECIALLY AFTER PATHETIC service ..over $400
DANE I TERMINATED YOU BUDDY..

I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff at Baw Baw vets. They are extremely caring for our furry friends. There bottom lone is the welfare of the animals not $$. If I could give them more ⭐️ I absolutely would.
