I’d give zero rating if I could. I would not recommend this place. Don’t bother calling if you’ve never been to them before. After hours lastnight I called this place because my dog had done some serious damage to what I think is his spine he can’t even use his back legs This vets would not even see us because I’d never been there before even after explaining the seriousness! My dog had to go all night in extreme pain because of this vets. Thankfully we’re now at a different vets that are helping us. Latrobe veterinary clinic I do recommend. If it wasn’t for these guys my poor baby would be in so much pain.

Unfortunately, our 14 year old family dog had an episode today and needed to be put to sleep. It was a freak accident and nothing that we expected, the stress, panic and guilt that I felt today was horrible. I contacted this VET and they were excellent, they were respectful, kind and so friendly. Amy, who was with my Dad & I when we had to put our dog to sleep, was such a kind genuine soul. These things are never easy but Amy really helped my Dad and I in a time of stress. Thank you so much for what you’ve done for us today, it was not the outcome we wanted or expected but we appreciated everything you did for our dog Chloe. Thank you so much!!

What a relief to find this clinic! After being unimpressed with clinics in the Latrobe Valley, I had a friend suggest to try this one. Dr Matthew was very thorough, he explained everything and I had complete faith in him removing a lump from my dog. The nurses were lovely and took good care of my girl, they even helped me put her in the car. Thank you everyone who helped care for Molly on her big day.

Had the unfortunate experience of having to put our 13 year old king charles spaniel to sleep due to chronic health issues.The staff,especially Joanne, were exceptional in their understanding and we were more than impressed with the empathy.A tough time made easier by a very professional group of caring people.Thanks guys,Simon & Jacky Klaver.

I’ve been going to this vet for 8 years now and will not see any other vet, I travel over 30 minutes to get my fur babies seen, the receptionist are very compassionate and incredible with all pets, the vet is beyond incredible not only making my little dogo feel at ease but also making me feel at ease, you know you found the right vet when your dog’s are not frighten of the vets 100% winning 🙏

Vet was great, introducing herself. Gentle with animals and explaining everything she was doing to owners. So gentle taking blood, taking temperature and giving vaccines. A very positive experience. Would recommend them ☆☆☆☆☆
