The staff here are very knowledgeable regarding pets and how to care for them. I recently purchased a bird there and they were able to guide me with what I would need to help care for him, and to help raise him. They are absolutely incredible.

Good range of supplies, good value on most items, lovely service, some stock looks old and dusty because of the warehouse shop. Not a huge range of aquarium fish but good quality. The online shop doesn’t let me login so it’s tricky to track loyalty points/dollars. I shop here regularly rather than a pet shop that is much closer to home because their staff are really nice here.

The staff are rude and unhelpful most of the time, do not make you feel welcome in the store. Acted like a huge inconvenience when I asked to look over a guinea pig before I bought it, did not even let me touch it until after I had paid for it.
