    Older blonde female cashier very rude. Was giving me lip about redeeming coupons even after minimum purchase amount was meant. Talking about, “well it shouldn’t have worked” in a demeaning tone. Lady if it shouldn’t have worked it wouldn’t have worked.

    Service was very brash and unwavering. Now I admit can be a snob and I don’t want to be swindled as much as the next person ; But these people were the worst at it. But I was charged $53.00 dollars for this 11 lb. bag of cat food and it was priced at $38.00 . I walked out after the insult and the lady ran out after me , and yelled sir you were right. I asked her how many other people she overcharged without a complaint. I’m going to corporate.

    The staff at the veterinary clinic are awesome! They treat your pet as if it was their own and spend time with you going over everything you may have concerns about. They don’t try to rush you out of the office which I like.
    Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends. ☺️

    Waste of time. I see other reviews have had a similar experience with the salon. They told me I could come in at 4. I was unaware this is near closing, they did not say. When I arrived they scrambled for an excuse about my dog’s epilepsy; never a problem at other salons, as long as there was no seizure within 24 hours. They didn’t explain to me a policy, instead left to the other room to discuss with themselves how they can reject my dog. Understandable if they don’t want to take the risk, concerned that she’s not medicated, but my issue is they should have discussed this over the phone instead of wasting my fking time. It felt disingenuous, more like they were too lazy to do the groom because they booked me last minute and changed their minds. Courtesy pays smh.

    Go ahead and reply with the policy you failed to discuss and make an excuse for the poor customer service.

    We will be back!!!!

    I brought my baby here for boarding when I traveled to Galveston this past weekend. The Galveston location does not have a PetsHotel yet. As I walked through the door I was impressed with how clean the store was. The staff are friendly and greet you as you come in. This was my pups first time boarding at a Petsmart so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After dropping him off I was thrilled that staff had contacted me to give me an update on my furbaby. They also included two photos. When I picked him up I received a cute pawgress report of his behavior while boarding. He even had a cute bandana on. The staff really enjoyed my pup and he enjoyed them as well. I highly recommend this Petsmart location to anyone who needing day care or boarding.

    My dog was bathed and had her teeth brushed, on Tuesday. Unfortunately, my dog’s breath did not improve. Petsmart did a complimentary teeth and tongue brushing on Friday which remedied my dog’s bad breath.

    The hotel has taken excellent care of
    Miss Kitty three times in the last six months. Since she is almost 20 years old, it is very important that she is well taken care of for me to be comfortable leaving her. The most recent stay was the longest (10 days). The staff shows her so much love, and they are really patient when I call to check up on her. I love this place for her.

    We will never take our dog to this PetsHotel again. Bad customer service. And for a 1 night stay they did not leave him his bed. Blanket or toys. Just a cold empty room. And they said it was their policy. I get they wanted to wash his stuff in the morning but the night before. And then it took them 15 mins to find his bed they tried to give me one half it’s size and said this was it.
