Typical big box store. Online retail is cheaper , especially with subscriptions.
Helpful ReviewLong line , one cashier. Waiting for a price check due to a wrinkled bar code. If we didn’t need items immediately, would have bought online. The savings earned with the membership still not a huge savings compared to online retailers again.

awful. I had an appointment for my husky to be groomed. I had put on there that he’s quite obnoxious and doesn’t do great with other animals. They complained the entire time about him and claimed he was dangerous only because he didn’t enjoy the kennel. Claimed they had no idea how he was going to act and that they couldn’t do the full service. Never going there again and would not recommend.

Horrible customer service. I always go in there and can’t find a price or anyone to give me a price check. Waited 15 minutes waiting in line on 9/17 because cashier was waiting on something for another customer and couldn’t ring me up in the meantime. Made me wait, didn’t acknowledge me or apologize and then mumbled something under his breath as finally a second cashier opened up. Who then had to type in all the canned cat food bar code numbers because her scanner didn’t work. Where’s the manager around that place anyway!?

This was a disappointing vist, but it ended up ok.
This location needs management on staff, and needs to deal with customer matters, promptly.
Jullian in the Banfield Pet Hospital helped out, but I had to let her know that I would file a complaint with corporate office.
Hospital is not properly organized in regards to appointments for vets. Grooming may be better, but as for now, I will evaluate my next vet appointment. TY to Dr Ortiz and Jillian for at least providing Ruger, my best buddy with his needed shots today..
May 9, once again the hospital is not properly managed. Denied service for my Baby Girl, for poor billing issue.
August 8th Ruger gets clean report that ear infection from grooming cuts us finally healed.

The vet in here doesn’t care about the animals at all, they’re awful, the first thing they recommend is putting down an animals instead of doing their job. I wouldn’t ever recommend bringing a pet here. Find a better place that actually will help your animals !!

All the folks at the Webster Petsmart grooming and Vet care have been great for our dog Macey since day one of her being in our family. I was turned away for our grooming appointment at 8 AM because of heart murmer (level 4 ) …very disappointed ! We have had her groomed several times since the diagnoses of the murmer. I do understand the care of the pet is the reason for the policy. Why not cover this policy when the appointment is made instead of at the store. Macey is stressed on the way there, I have taken time off work…I have lost income. There seems to be a lack of simple communication between Grooming and Vet services. I understand that Vet services rents space from the store…it only serves the pet and pet owners best if Vet and Grooming share information when needed. Today was a two star day, otherwise a 4.5 star history.

They have live animals but I don’t support the conditions they are kept in.
They have cats kept in small cages up for adoption. Please adopt. I don’t know if these cats get any time out of these small boxes.
