Jan is an amazing dog groomer who truely loves, treasures and has a unique and in-ate ability to connect and be in-tune with all the dogs that come into her care. She is extremely patient, caring, gentle yet firm, empathetic, and understanding with all dogs that come into her care. She won’t rush a groom, yet will take as long as necessary for the dog to come out smelling clean and gorgeous. And even if your nog is very naughty and it costs a little more than first quoted, it’s always 100% worth it every single time. Jan will love that dog and do her absolute best for the dog and their owners. Thank you Jan, we are so grateful to have you as our lovely friend &dog groomer! 🙏

So happy to find a local dog groomer that loves what she does and does an excellent job! Jan is very attentive to our dog and she really pride herself with the service she provides! Instead of waiting for months like most places these days, Jan only books a couple of weeks ahead making it much easier to plan for your dog’s needs. A must try for every dog owner! Thanks Jan!

Weird company hung up on me, then wouldn’t answer the phone and then when they did ring back refused service because my dog is a Rottweiler. Can’t believe a dog grooming service discriminates between breeds. He’s a beautiful, well natured and very well trained dog. Dog people don’t discriminate between breeds without knowing the dog first

We booked our 7 month old puppy to see Jan after finding ourselves in the difficult position of needing to find a new groomer suddenly, and we are so lucky that we found her. It is clear from the outset that Jan loves what she does, and our little girl looked amazing in her summer cut, bow and all! She has such a great set up, with outdoor space for the dogs to roam around when they’re not being groomed, which is definitely a selling point. Will definitely be keeping Jan as our regular groomer!

The worst groomer ever 😫 I’ve said to her don’t shave all my puppy’s hair but she didn’t care about me and even she was too rude to me when I said I’m not happy and even cried she mentioned my dog wasn’t hurt or died and even I said that my daughter will cry she said I don’t care. When I’ve said I’m not paying all the money she said then I don’t give your dog 😭 I’ve just was trusting the fake reviews.

Jan was INCREDIBLE! Our lassie Basil is a handful when it comes to grooming and ultimately hates it! However, Jan knew exactly what to do. She takes so much pride in her work and it shows. She spent 5 hours with him and not only put up with his naughty behaviour, she was so gentle yet thorough with him and his mane. Our family could not be happier and basil is feeling so energetic and young again after his visit. Thank you Jan, you are incredible.

Going to Jan’s Superb Dog Grooming was a breath of fresh air for me and our dear Pooch. I had been going to another dog groomer for over a year and I had become so anxious because she would be so cross with me every time. “You must brush him more often, don’t be late picking him up, you need to feed him different food… the do’s and don’ts were anxiety provoking to say the least! Even my poor husband didn’t want to face her tirades. Our dear dog (staying anonymous) would be anxious going and even when I picked him up however she completely disagreed. I so wanted to give her the benefit of doubt but I realised it wasn’t us in the end. Thanks Jan for being so kind and lovely even pooch was happy and he looked so beautiful🥰

We found Jan by chance about 2 years ago and thank the universe it bought her to us. She took on Hudson knowing that his first groomer smacked and muzzled him when he was just three months old….we were both left traumatised. Her gentleness and kindness helped Hudson relax and learn to enjoy the grooming process.

Jan was amazing. I took my puppy 14 weeks old and was bit worried first time. She told me to stay which was the best thing for my puppy Ralphi. I also could see the interaction with Ralphi.

It was the first time we took our rough collie to Jan. I was initially a bit nervous about going to another groomer because she’s a double coated dog with long fur, but Jan was so great with our furbabie. She listened to what we wanted and was very patient with her, she can be a nervous dog. When we picked our Luna up she looked amazing. Thankyou so much Jan.

Jan has always been great to our Willow and Ollie. She loves them like her own. We have never been disappointed. We took our 4-month old Spoodle to see Jan for his first clip. My 10-year old daughter said as we left Bailey that she felt very comfortable leaving our precious pup with Jan. Jan is an excellent groomer! I have been a customer of hers for quite some time and she is always very reliable, friendly and always professional providing great service in clipping and washing my dog Ruby. Ruby is a Spoodle and usually has a very thick coat that can get matted easily even when I brush her. But Jan always makes her look like a million dollars after she’s groomed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I get each time. Keep up the great job Jan! 👍🏼

Jan does a superb job grooming our spoodle, Dexter! He is quite old and doesn’t particularly love getting a hair cut but Jan takes her time and is so patient and gentle with him, especially with his arthritis. Dexter always has a great time there and we know he is in great hands every time we drop him off!

Jan not only is she one of the nicest people we have met but the patience and love she has given our dog Archie is fantastic. We are so grateful to have found such a caring groomer.
