Very bad time management and long waiting time. I made appointment for my puppy vaccination. First they called me the appointment has to be canceled. After twice rescheduling, finally I bought my puppy in, my appointment time is 16:30 and the receptionist said: you wait outside, there is 4 customers before you. I just asked how long do I have to wait. She replied: no ideas, you just have to wait outside clinic. Quite Disappointed

I just had the best experience with this clinic. I have a reactive puppy who has always freaked out in other clinics when there are many dogs around. At Mulgrave Vets, they were calm and patient, made an appontment when they knew hed be the only one there, and let him have a roam around. The issue we went for was also resolved. I highly recommend!!

Dr Lakshmi and his team are incredible. My favourite VET to take our cat. They are highly skilled, friendly, warming and prices are very fair and reasonable. Highly, highly recommend. When there is an emergency they always find a spot for you despite being fully booked. Thank you team!

Had a bad experience with this vet. They overcharged me for Ilium Neocourt for my pet, who had already been using a sample for longer than the directed use. When I queried the reason why the vet got very defensive and rude and literally walked out the building and left the receptionists to do a refund (which they couldn’t do properly because the vet had a pin to perform it and he had just left). Understand people need to make money, but 4x the price elsewhere and the reaction was absolutely unprofessional. On top of that they couldn’t diagnose my pet after multiple visits. Felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of us for our pet’s health.

Very compassionate and heart-warming vet and nurse. They are the best people at their job and clearly care for pets so much. They were always so heart warming for the many years I had been taking my dog. At his end of life, they were so supportive. Truly wonderful people and I appreciate all their kindness and hard work. Compared to others, they are above all with their service and knowledge, very highly recommend.

Super nice vet and nurse, really kind and compassionate when our dog had an emergency medical issue requiring surgery. Surgery went really well and our dog healed completely. We were also given lots of support in follow ups as well as advice, and our pet’s issues have been managed really well since. Prices are also much lower than the other, more commercial vets in the area. Definitely happy to keep supporting them!
