Staff are so lovely. Bought a Guinea pig here today, and I couldn’t be happier! The younger girl was so informative about the Guinea pigs and the two ladies helped me out with food and how to introduce my little boy to his new brother. Was a very good experience. Helped me get everything into my car and were so lovely to chat to. I learned a lot! Food prices are very affordable, much cheaper and yet higher quality than the prices at petbarn and other pet supply stores. Will definitely be back for more food for both my pups and pigs. My new piggy is so healthy and happy. You can tell they are much loved while waiting for new owners. There are tons of pets here! I was so tempted by some of the cutest kittens ever! Just introduced my new piggy to my existing piggy, first in the bathroom as suggested by staff, and now they are in a neutral cage together and they have already started popcorning and chatting to each other! Clearly very well socialised prior to coming to me which makes introductions that much easier. Thank you so much! Here is a cute picture of them together that I took at home (grey and white piggy I bought today, ginger and white piggy from a different breeder).

I love coming here, not only for the wide range of pet supplies but also because you never know what to expect when you arrive. They always have kittens, puppies, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, mice, rats and everything else in between. We even got out little puppy from here – it’s a great place to brighten up your day.

I went there to get some wild bird feed. Plenty there, along with dog food, a variety of birds ,fish and turtles. The sign out the front read you can get BBQ gas.

yesterday i and spoke to a male staff member who told me he had roosters for sale. Drove 30 mins and was told by the lady at the store all the roosters i could see running out back were not for sale and they would be $50 each if sold. What a rip off they are more expensive than laying hens and even if i wanted to pay that she would not sell me any. Told one thing to come down and be told another thing. Waste of time

The staff down here are beyond amazing. My 4 yr old asked if she could help feed the birdies and no questions asked said yep (me expecting the answer to be no?) So she got to feed the birds pigs and sheep, a mini farm experience.
Not only that their prices on bulk pet food is great and worth coming down for that alone. Certainly got a customer for life now if you didn’t before highly recommend to everyone

Thank you to the staff who helped me treat a yeast infection on my dog.
